As I mentioned before the initial rate and customer service was great but I quickly realized it was a "teaser rate" to get you in. During that ice storm of November few years back I tried to call Nabil and left message, he never called me back because he didn't want to pay out a claim! I called Allstate then got an adjuster who told me that my insurance won't pay there's not enough damage he then started trying to indirectly ad damage of property that didn't happen just to submit enough for a claim!! You know like INSURANCE FRAUD! After a few more years of increased WITHOUT A CLAIM I went to another company 39$ less a month. His office always tried to push me into adding my auto insurance but the one time I looked into it they shot me down saying my credit wasn't perfect!!! Avoid this guy at all costs he's strictly in insurance to get wealthy of people like us!

Employees here were racist to me…read more I walked in for its proximity to DMV office. I was given a ticket by the online system and I was waiting to be called by them in the office. They asked me get out of the office and wait outside. I left and waited outside thinking this is the protocol I discovered that there were others who were waiting in the office. I got a message from them that I need to go to office as my waiting was 1 minute long. I again went inside as the message told me to go in the office. I was asked to leave this office again. I am not sure if this was plain racism or a personal reaction. Everyone please take your business to some other agency.
