I was less than two weeks away from a fishing trip to Canada when I discovered a major rust issue with my boat trailer. I called Rosario's Sound Welding and explained my situation and that I was in a tight timeline for my repair. The owner, Dwayne, was at my place within two hours and came up with a repair plan. I called on Monday and the repair was finished on Thursday and Thursday was the 4th of July. That was above and beyond great customer service. The repair that he made on both side of the trailer made it stronger than when it was brand new. The welds were perfect. He pointed out an area that he was going to grind down to make it flush with the tube. It was in an area hidden behind the fender and grinding it down was for cosmetics only. Dwayne and his team are great. I asked them to take on a project building a custom sailboat trailer. I had a pattern for them to work from, but it was a complex job with a lot of challenging angles and fitment work. They quoted me a fair price, and I know it took them a lot more hours than they anticipated. They also handled getting the trailer galvanized for me, as it get immersed in salt water at least a couple of times/year. I can't speak highly enough of Dwayne's work. We have a 60 year old home and wanted to increase the height of the deck railing. In addition, several of the base supports had rusted significantly. The project far exceed either of our expectations but the solutions proposed and implemented resolved all known and unanticipated problems. I have had a gate with a steel post embedded in concrete that had sagged and was misaligned for the past 5 years. Outstanding service and craftsmanship from Dwayne. I didn't expect the level of workmanship that I received. He's done two jobs for me now. The first was our tractor bucket repair. The repair is clearly the strongest part or the bucket now. He did that one at my place, arriving with his work truck and equipment. The second was welding a thin wall pipe (quite a bit less than 1/16"). This was very delicate, very fine work and took tremendous skill. Dwayne also accomplished this beautifully. My lawnmower's catcher bag frame crossmember/handle welds failed making it a bit of a challenge in dumping grass clippings. I contacted "ROSARIO'S SOUND WELDING" to set up a time for making required repairs. The remints from the original brazed welds were ground off and ROSARIO'S arc welded in the repair. This process made the refurbished joints stronger than factory original. Building a 3BBL brewery for Smitty's Brewing. Rosario's was 5.0 and continues to be during this build. In the brewery business welds must be very clean with no pitting. This prevents bacteria growth between brews. I can say not only where the welds very nice the inside of the Stainless Steal piping and fittings are also clean and tight.
