Not a fun situation, and not fun to be that guy, but I escaped unscathed. The car was another story. I hate getting my car worked on, I'm totally out of my element in auto shops and the employees are often: a) condescending, b) indifferent, or c) trying to rip me off. They don't have to be nice because they know I can't do the work myself. Then I discovered Moose Radiator. Not only did The Moose have the lowest priced radiator in town (they must have known that I have many other things I would rather spend money on) but they actually deliver it to your house the day your call! That's right, auto parts delivery! When I think of auto repairs, I expect a huge pain in the ass, but that's not the case with the Moose! High five Moose! And the delivery guy was really nice, and good looking (didn't see that coming) and they give you bag of candy before they leave. yeah, you heard that right, bag. of. candy. A big bag. That's right, FREE CANDY! They actually give you free candy!! (okay, so I'm not really a candy person, but what a gesture! candy was the last thing one would expect from a radiator delevery place!) And it gets better. It was maybe 5 minutes after the hot radiator delivery man left, and the office calls just to confirm my delivery and takes my credit card number over the phone! I always put off bills like this, so it was nice to get the thing taken care of and off my mind, instead of ignoring the bill for 2 months and pretending that I'm not indebted to a radiator repair shop. The customer service blew me away, The Moose made the experience as painless as possible. They eased my nerves, gave me candy, and made a chore downright pleasant. I only wish I could offer the The Moose my business more often. And that's how I learned what a radiator is.

I made the appointment and reserved a loaner online. Showed up and they were busy but got to me in about 10 minutes. My car is 12 years old and needed quite a bit of work. My service advisor worked with me to prioritize the most critical stuff so that I could get back out on the road. They did excellent work and the car is running better than ever. On the way out, they gave me a very good cash offer in case I decide to sell or trade. Overall, Infiniti of Tacoma is definitely getting my business in the future. Quality of Service: This is my first time at the dealership for service and it was disappointing. When I bout the car I was told that all l had to do was call ahead if I needed a car wash. I called ahead - TWICE and I still waited more than an hour for a car wash. I should have just taken it to a drive through and been done in 10 minutes. Environment: The waiting area is nice but aside from telling me that there are 2 cars ahead of mine, NO ONE asked if I needed anything. Overall: The dealership and the waiting area are nice but the customer service could use some work. People who buy Infiniti's have high expectations.... this dealership needs to do more to meet them.
