These are lovely people but they do not clean. We showed them the job and it is a big house but they gladly accepted the job and the money. They raced through, left the walls and moldings dirty, did not dust under beds, stairs or lamps and table tops, did not remember the things we spent week after week trying to teach them and when held accountable, they quit. Great cleaners, their prices were very reasonable and everything was left in tip top clean shape. They were able to do it within a very reasonable amount of time as well. The company claims that I requested "add ons"the day they came to clean . This is not true. I discussed what I needed cleaned with Ludy a week before they came to clean my house . Also they claim that I requested that they power wash my window screens . Not true. They were supposed to spend 4 hours cleaning . They told me they were done after 2 1/2 hours and said they had to clean another house! Total rip off . read more

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Connecticut Cleaner!! I used them last month for a move out clean and was thoroughly impressed! I had lived in my apartment for 10 years and honestly probably never did a deep clean, so as I got ready to move out it needed some serious work and I was too lazy to do it myself! I did some research online and came upon these guys and they were awesome! Showed up on time, worked quickly but thoroughly, did everything I asked of them, and were fairly priced! Ludy and Miriam arrived on time the day of the service. Miriam did an excellent job cleaning the place and spent good amount of time cleaning everything in my 4 bedroom home with basement. However 5 minutes past the appointment I got a message saying they would not be able to make it. I asked to reschedule and I am still waiting for the answer. It's been a few days.
