i initially went to an anonymous car detailing place in putnam ct...not rosco's, i went to rosco's second. the first shop in putnam had turned me away saying that it was too late, they were closing at 430pm, and that i needed to make an appointment. the cost would be $150, but then... i went to rosco's! i was so impressed! i'm a single mom, with a mess of a car, and the tightest schedule. he took on this job, and completely changed my car to make it seemingly sparkle. i am genuinely so impressed, and was a little surprised by attention to detail, and quality of the work done. very meticulous, and such a transformation!!! it was also done without being scheduled, after 430pm, and super quickly. it was also less expensive than the other place that i tried that couldn't take me. i loved hanging out with the dogs while waiting....theyre def the best! so sweet and cuddly! def going back there! i highly reccommend rosco's for putting the needs of the customer first, and the quality of work, efficiency, friendly service, and pricing!! very impressed!!! read more

I got my new to me 2001 mini van interior detailed at Roscoe's today. The previous owner had it sitting for years and thanks to that it had become a home for a mouse who stayed far too long, and it was obvious by the stains and smell. Roscoe did an amazing job sanitizing, cleaning, and removing stains I thought would never come out. The smell went from unbearable to barely noticeable even though I was fairly certain it would never go away. And he did it all for such an amazing price in just a few quick hours. After 3 years of carting around 2 kids and 2 dogs and covered with pine sap, my Mazda CX 5 was ready for a thorough cleaning. I took it to Roscoe's expecting a good job, but was completely unprepared for what I found when I came to pick it up. It looks like it just rolled off the factory floor! Every nook and cranny is clean, the mat of embedded dog hair on the back seat is completely gone, and the whole car is just gleaming! I pulled in on a whim one day to ask for a quote for removing paint that I drove though. Roscoe told me to pull up to the garage door which I did. He immediately started spraying and scrubbing.
