This is with out a second thought the finest slice of pizza in any dam place that has pizza on the sign out front. The chewy inside crust perfectly balanced on the tooth with the crunch of the outside layer as the sauce hits you pallet with a sweet yet tangy finish. I am a big fan of the pepperoni they use as it's smaller, cured locally and loads tasty (loads). The cheese as well as the pepperoni is made locally and the taste outstanding (loads). I don't understand ppl thinking this is good. My test for a good pizza is hold it vertical and if the toppings fall it's sauce ratio is far off. Well guess what, like a giant turd off my pizza back to the cardboard that shit arrived in; the toppings did fall. Then the fact that they call it a deal when u ask, but turns out that to be regular price that is to high to begin with. Then their poor organization causes a massive wait for any food. Rose city has by far my favourite pizza regardless if its a slice of pizza or a party tray of pep and cheese or meat liver. They are accomodating like if we ask for a softer crust or whatnot. The time from our call to order to puckup is very reasonable even though most times are always busy. Staff is great and so far i havent had a bad encounter and ive been going to rose city for years and on school lunch breals when tyey moved across the street to my old school. Also they have tye best wings yet i have yet to find a place better. Also love the box top cupons program to get a free party tray after you buy so many and the cupobs dont have a expiry date so you dont have to go pizza crazy to redeem the free pizza. I decided to order from Rose City based on the great reviews, but was disappointed. Our delivery took 2 hours, as opposed to the 1 hour advised when the order was placed and arrived barely warm - the wings were shrivelled and overlooked and the pizza was soggy and unappetizing. Recently we placed an order for wings and a large tray pizza with pepperoni on all and then on half of the pizza Mushrooms and Sweet Red Peppers. An hour and 20 minutes later we received our wings and a pizza with mushrooms and black olives over the entire pizza. Upon calling back they told us they would deliver to us our original order 'Free of charge' as if it's some sort of gift that we won't have to pay twice for the pizza we wanted originally. No refund for the inconvenience, nothing. I expected we would get refunded just for the pizza, the wings were fine if tiny and kind of dry. Just another hour long wait for the pizza to be 'rushed out'. The pizza we received the second time, after a total of about two and a half hours of waiting to eat was extremely greasy. With the delivery mistake, the delivery time, the quality of the food and the fact that we are only 5 minutes away, I really cannot recommend anyone eat here especially if you are actually hungry for good food or food anytime soon. read more

I can't understand why so many people in the niagara region love this place and its pizza. The pizza is mediocre at best. There is a huge lack of cheese, the pepperoni is so tiny you can barely even taste it and what you are left with is bread that is overloaded with sauce. The locals claim its the greatest pizza in the world, but apparently they've never made it out of the niagara region because having lived all over canada i can tell you that this is one of the worst pizzas you can possibly order. On the east coast (nova scotia) you have authentic italian pizza like Napoli, and on the west coast, you can find the finest chicago deep dish, but ontario seems to never have learned how to make a decent pizza. In all of my 8 years living here in ontario, i have yet to find a pizza that can compare to some outside of province pizza. read more

Can't understand why all the good reviews. If you like grease dripping (yes dripping) pepperoni the size of a nickel, and someone has counted them out, then this is the place for you.
