OK so I am here in Destin visiting from out of town. I booked an appointment and really my nails were a hot mess. My "regular guy" at home put acrylic on me when I had been doing dip for many many years. So I came in grumpy and messy. Enter the owner of Rose Nails. I had scheduled a fill, and as he's prepping me, I asked if he would soak off the acrylic and reapply the dip... he smiles and tells me "anything is possible." I was in town for Spring Break trip with my family. I took my daughter for a little pampering and pampers exactly what we got here!! The two ladies we had working on our pedicure were friendly and listened to what we wanted. My daughter has a bad mail from her soccer playing days and before has had a bad nail salon experience because of it. The ladies took care of making her nail beautiful without making her feel bad. Yesterday we arrived to Destin in the evening and my boyfriend wanted to treat me and his grandmother to having our nails done on this trip. A quick search on yelp had Rose Nails as the top listed nail salon still open past 5 so we decided to stop by to see if they could fit us in. They were quick to get us started and very kind about what we wanted for our acrylic nails. Kim took a lot of care with my nails and making sure I liked the shape and color I selected. A little bit pricier for a pedicure but worth every penny! I went with someone who needed extra care with some specialty foot needs and Jenny worked on her like a surgeon! She didn't complain of any pain the entire time, Jenny was so gentle with her. They spent extra time and used lots of high quality products. I didn't feel rushed at all. I was in town for my bachelorette weekend and I am so glad this is where I chose to get my mani pedi done. Every employee was so kind, patient, and helpful with their tips on color, nail shape, etc. This was my first time getting a design on my nails and they nailed it! My nail tech wasn't comfortable doing the design, but she made sure to find someone in the salon who was. They were pretty busy and not only did they take me in without an appointment (after only a 30 minute wait), but also took their time making sure I had the best experience possible. Very professional salon. I dropped in three weeks ago for a dip and pedicure. They were extremely busy so asked me to return in an hour. I did and was greeted warmly. Julie took care of me. Even though we did not finish until after closing she did not rush. My nails still are perfect after three weeks even though I have done several projects around the house and in the yard. (I wish I lived closer so I could use her every time.) If you have not tried the dipping powder I highly recommend it. I have used it for several years and my paper thin nails rarely break. read more

We were greeted by Steven and he was very friendly. I love that they do manicures and pedicures separately. We started with manicures and were assisted by Jenny and Julie. Both women were professional, did a precise job with the painting, and were fun to chat with throughout the mani and the pedi. They just remodeled so the chairs are new and worked great for massage.
