This time it really paid off. From the moment I opened the door, it was evident that Genesis was much more than an average salon. The lobby is beautifully decorated and comfortable. I was greeted immediately by the person who was to perform my service (Obi is awesomeness personified), and led to another immaculately furnished and decorated area. I love that everywhere I went, I could see that the customer was kept in mind. There are comfortable places to lounge and it is obviously kept CLEAN! From the outside, you would think this salon and spa is your ordinary store front, however you would be mistaken. Genesis is huge on the inside. Before coming for my appointment, I researched my esthetician Obi through her customer reviews. I'm happy to report that She was exactly what all of her customers have said she is: PHENOMENAL! I appreciated her professionalism and warm personality. Even though this was my first direct experience with her waxing services, I felt completely comfortable with her. Most importantly, she made sure that I was 100% satisfied with my service before I left, and to me, that is a woman who knows the meaning of customer service.
