So glad we went with Rose Petals for our wedding! I emailed several florists for quotes far in advance, and Shirley was the only one who consistently got back to me. Her team worked with me through various late-stage changes (so-and-so wants a corsage now, I actually hate lilies can we take them out, let's make the centerpieces different heights, etc) and were total professionals. The bouquets were fresh, well put together without being too much, modern yet sophisticated. When I was handed my bridesmaid bouquet I did a double take in admiration! I really appreciated the holders that the flowers were in and that they were not wrapped in ribbon/pins. My daughter was given a pomander as the flower girl and I was impressed that despite all her "moving" all the flowers still remained intact. My hubby's boutonniere aka the best man was absolutely perfect in detail and size. I can't say anything about the costs nor the the florist herself. I got on the internet to order same day delivery & thought I got a local flower shop. It said it was available for delivery on a Sunday. Monday rolls around & no flowers. I get on to Just Flowers website & live chat & they apologize that they are closed on Sunday, but my order will be delivered the following day sorry for the inconvenience. The following day comes & I receive a email with the letter. Wednesday I call them & tell them cancel the order! They say they because it's going to be delivered that day. The following day I receive another email apologizing for the inconvenience! I call them back & no they cannot cancel & refund my credit card it's out for delivery again. I called my credit card & they had charged me on Sunday for flowers they NEVER delivered! It's Saturday morning & I call them & tell them they needed to cancel the order & they had the audacity to promise me it was going out today & I would get free Delivery & a discount for future orders! Any flower shop that is affiliated with Just Flowers on the internet, beware! Also the same day delivery is a crock. They also changed my flower order saying it was out of season. Every thing they advertised they did not follow through.. you want to send flowers, don't do it on the internet! This has happened to me 2 times. Just Flowers & Avas. She reviewed our mood/inspiration board, had a quick call with us to talk through seasonal options and different ways to display the flowers and gave several suggestions we ended up using on the big day. It's amazing how that call and a few emails from there she and her team at Rose Petals made incredible arrangements for our wedding. A few weeks out from the date we hit decision fatigue and gave Raven the sign off to use her best judgement for several elements of the arrangements and she nailed it! Where do I start! Shirley at Rose Petal's Florist is amazing! My husband and I had a destination wedding in Zephyr Cove in April. It was very hard for me to hire vendors without actually seeing their work, but Shirley made all my worries go away. I sent a couple pictures of bouquets that I liked and she ran with it.
