Reception is SO slow, and you always have to wait in line to sign in and then again to book next appt, and the entrance/parking lot is a nightmare for handicapped, in fact I fell and hit the ground out there today. There are two very heavy doors, dangerously tiny wheelchair ramp, not enough handicap parking. The female provider here is excellent, and I wish she'd open her own practice in a handicap-friendly bldg.

Apparently, this was insulting to his assistant on the phone and she adamantly told me that Dr. O'Malley does not treat fungal infections. So based on the advertisement on their website, they are also fraudulently advertising because it clearly states he treats fungal infections. I made an appointment earlier this week. However, after thinking it over the last few days, I called and cancelled the appointment because as a physician who ran a complex medical practice, it bothered me that his assistant would speak this way. I would have reprimanded that assistant if she worked for me. And I do not want to be seen by another physician who considered my problem beneath him.
