The practice is worn and tired looking with worn surfaces on benches and furniture. The front desk staff are moody and it depends on the day how you are received. If late, you will get scolded like a child but it is ok for them to leave you waiting. The Tens and Heat Therapy area is communal which I do not like. The staff do not warn you when approaching you to remove pads. Instead just remove the heat pads and ripe of the tens pad. I work as a provider in healthcare and you always tell a patient what you are about to do before proceeding. I go here because I am obliged for legal reasons but would not otherwise.
