The massage was good, I got a full body massage although I wish it included more time than 30 seconds for each foot. I was happy with how it went but 10 minutes into my massage my masseuse started watching the World Cup on her phone during the massage!! Volume up and everything which totally took me by surprise... Did not feel respected with the money I had paid after that. I hope the company hears of this and explains to their staff that it's totally disrespectful for a customer paying money for a relaxing massage to be totally overtaken by a soccer game playing in the background! Also when she had left the room kept the door cracked, although there's a curtain I felt extremely uncomfortable by this. Love it! Always gets the kinks out!! They also have room for walk ins. It is not very quiet though but it does relieve pain.

Went for a 90 minute massage at 10:00. She left two times during my massage to answer the phone and once to greet a customer all during the first 30 minutes. She then asked if I wouldn't mind cutting my massage down from 90 minutes to 60 - no explanation why. After another 10 minutes, she left again to greet another customer and offered to give him a massage at 11 (maybe why she asked me to cut my massage short?). Every time she left the room to answer phones/greet customers/offer to massage other people during my scheduled appointment, she left the door to the massage room cracked. Which made me feel decently awkward as not only could I hear all of her conversations, but my room was the closest to the front desk and I was undressed under the towel. I actually was going to do my pedicure and the shop was closed. Decided to get a massage instead. Very pleasant experience!!! The gentleman that I had was named Tony. He was absolutely amazing, hands with strength and power! My first time here and definitely won't be my last. I enjoyed my experience here and will be back soon! Must try!!!! read more

Will only go back to use the gift cards my husband purchased for me for Christmas! I will NOT return after! Employee left the room twice to answer the front desk phone, and was talking through the walls to other employee in the spa! NOT a relaxing experience whatsoever!! In leaving, I left a tip I felt was appropriate for the service received and was told it wasn't enough because gift certificate was for a deep tissue massage. Tips are NOT a set price but are dependent on the service received! I have never had an establishment request an additional tip! Only going back so money isn't wasted - I will never go back after!! read more

Made a reservation for my wife and daughter for Mother's Day massages, and confirmed a 6pm appointment. They showed up and were told there were too many appointments and wouldn't be able to see them. Aweful service!!! DO NOT GO HERE! They told me one price over the phone, so I set appointment. I got there, and they told me to wait at least 20 minutes because they didnt have someone for me and then told me a price that was $10 higher and acted like they never told me the price earlier...basically calling me a liar! I can only imagine what they would have tried to charge me after massage! Appointments dont mean anything here, dont trust the price they tell you as they will try to hustle you, and customer service is attrocious! read more

This place is awful! Massage person repeatedly left to answer front desk phone, yelling over the wall to other employees. DO NOT have cupping - left welts got wells - obviously funny know what they were doing. Left a minimum tip and actually said "too little - need to be more". Seriously? Went here for the first time yesterday. The therapist's experience is obvious. I felt better when O left and appreciated the strong massage. Rates are on par with the industry ($1 per minute). Remember this is a service industry and tip like any other service industry or better. I will definitely be back. I would recommend this place. read more

During the 'massage', the practitioner went in and out of the room, answering the desk phone, shouting through the door at other workers and did not seem to know basic massage. Adding insult to experience, she actually said my tip wasn't enough & should be 20%!!! Oh, and they add $5 additional for a credit card transaction. This place is a hard NO!! read more

The girls Jenny & Juddy moved across the street from the bl foot massage. They both give awesome massages. It's $5 more than the foot massage but worth it. The girl across the street is okay. But I prefer awesome. I hope they stay in the area forever. If you like a deeper massage Jenny is the girl for you. read more

I visited this spa today for a 1.5 hour massage including foot reflexology and cupping, and I was SO incredibly happy with EVERYTHING! I loved the masseuse, who cared so much about making my muscles and body feel AMAZING - when it was very, needed, and she was so talented and kind. The space was super clean and safe, and I will absolutely be returning - I'm already looking to book an appointment for my husband. Also very, very reasonably priced. Highly recommended. read more
