Wow! My husband brought our 10 year old daughter here months ago and told her we'd bring her again. She has been doing a lot of soccer training. Anyway, she loves it and she said this place is magical. So I decided to give it a shot too. I went with a 25 min foot, and 25 min body massage. It was perfect! I'd come again. Surprised my daughter (adult) with a birthday mom n me full body massage. Aka couples massage but you understand. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. It was our first time ever getting massages and we weren't sure what to expect. We loved loved loved it. Our muscles felt rejuvenated.our spine n hips felt like we got taller . I used to go here few years ago, then moved for 4 yrs., glad to see business is still strong. Yes, prices are higher but everything is now sadly. I like the new online appointment system. I get the 1-hr. $40 foot massage, it's about 45mins. on feet then about 15 min. on other areas including turning over to get back rub w/ oil and hot stones. Nice perk! Still fair prices. The male running it was friendly. He would switch off with one of the gals, so it was two different people giving me massage which was odd but was always barely noticeable. I will be back, it's a good massage for good price. Just wish the chairs were more private having curtains in between. read more

I work from home and am in front of a computer all day. I love gardening as well but am at the age where the combination of those two things equates to a chronically painful lower back. I go regularly because the therapists will stand on my back. I first experienced that in a Thai style massage elsewhere, and I am typically disappointed with anything else. That may not be for everyone but I find it does a lot for me. When I say I want 'firm' pressure they typically stand on my back. If that is not for you, say so, or say 'medium' pressure. read more

On a Sunday afternoon my wife and I ventured to the spa and we were greeted by a very pilot woman at the front desk. The vibe was instantly tranquil upon entering the building, and they did not waste time taking us to our individual rooms. We went with the Foot Spa and Full Body Massage as is was very reasonable and it lasted 1 hour total. They will ask which pressure you prefer, whether medium or hard. When I entered the business I thought oh, this is going to be great, but that was far from it. I set in the chair and waited for the guy. When he finally came and started the massage I was extremely disappointed. I have never had someone massage my feet so horribly. All he did was run his knuckle up and down my foot. It got to the point where I had to stop him and say "no, I dont like this." I was about to tell him to stop i will just leave. That wasn't the only thing that was wrong. They were literally screaming at each other. Who can relax like that? I will never go back there and I shouldn't have gone there in the first place. Can't beat their pricing and massage quality is pretty good. We've been going there for 4 years now. Few things for the spa to note: - The building is old and there's old building smell in the rooms. It smelled very stale and dump, not the greatest smell during the massage. Please get some room freshners. - Please ask if a head massage is needed and don't assume everyone wants it. The oil they use will mess up your hair and you'd need to wash it off. read more

I feel like I have to give this wonderful business a review. My husband and I have been coming to this place for a massage since we moved to Puyallup 3 years ago. Based on other positive reviews, we decided to give it a try. I'm a nurse and work alot of hours on my feet and sometimes even more than I'm suppose to. I come to this place for healing, they help me heal my aching body. A woman came in today complaining about a service she received 4 days ago, from the same person who coincidentally gave me my massage today. I was hesitant as I usually make my appointment for specific massage therapists at this location, but I was not disappointed. How difficult it must've been for my therapist to hear bad things about her service, while still providing me with excellent service. As always, she asked me if I want my massage "medium or hard". I asked for somewhere in between, they are always accommodating to the strength as long as I speak up. Sometimes, I need my massages harder and deeper, sometimes I need to adjust the pressure. I actually like that option as our bodies have different needs depending on what we put our bodies through. Needless to say, please don't let the bad review from a person who was new to this massage place to deter you from getting a massage. She was complaining that her bones hurt from the massage, but as a nurse I would question if there was underlying issues to begin with .. Who knows. This is an asian massage establishment, so their style of massage is geared towards that, which is why my husband and I come. For the price, it's also fitting to our budget. For the quality, I wouldn't go anywhere else. As a person in the healthcare industry, you should expect your body to react to a massage afterwards as your muscles are healing, adjusting to the massage treatment. I think it was disrespectful for that customer to come in and complain and then demand money back, for a massage she received 4 days ago. Also being rude and loud and disrupting others there while getting their massage. I use to call AA Foot Spa & Massage the best hidden secret of Puyallup. Left the gym and was excited to get a massage, walked in no one was there and was greeted by a friendly guy who sat me and my friend down we expressed what package we wanted and he said one moment he was cleaning the rooms. 3 minutes go by and we're put in the back rooms asked to get naked and wait a min. 15 mins go by, 30 mins go by, 45 mins go by still no service. If you had appointments communication is recommended. Typically I would've been told to come back in a hour at my regular place if they were busy. Definitely don't appreciate wasting my time and never receiving a massage because after that I left. read more
