I am filing this complaint regarding Christopher, a medical credentialer with Whybhrew Medical…read moreManagement. Christopher's responsibility was to properly credential our providers so they would be covered under our contracted insurance plans. The Indiana Medicaid credentialing process began in April and, despite multiple attempts to apply, amend, and re-apply, has now dragged on for more than 3-4 months. Christopher repeatedly assured us that our provider had been approved, yet our claims continued to reject. When we followed up, we were repeatedly given excuses such as, "That's on my list of things to do today." We trusted Christopher and gave him repeated opportunities to resolve the issue. We now have hundreds of claims potentially at risk of being unrecoverable, representing a substantial financial loss, while our patients are also dealing with the consequences. What is even more troubling is Christopher's conduct after being confronted. He took private communications between us and shared screenshots with our vendors and the owners. Those messages contained nothing inappropriate--only legitimate frustration and notice that our patience and goodwill had run out. Rather than taking responsibility for a credentialing failure that had been ongoing for months, Christopher chose to expose private communications and attempt to shift blame. He actually characterized his decision to expose our private text messages as "transparency." That behavior is completely unacceptable from someone entrusted with such an important responsibility. Businesses considering using Christopher or Whybhrew Medical Management should understand the risks we experienced firsthand. Months of delays, repeated assurances that the provider was approved when claims were still rejecting, significant potential financial losses, patient complaints, and the handling of private communications have completely destroyed our trust. Note: Chris was fired from Oklahoma's Pauls Valley General Hospital for "undisclosed reasons". He didn't even make 1 year. Wish we would have known about this before.
