As for the office overall, it is a bit confusing to locate- once in the elevator, you need to press "M" (not 5) to get to the mezzanine level. As other reviews indicate, you are able to hear what's going on outside your room because the room walls do not reach the high ceilings, but this didn't bother me. My room was private, warm and cozy. I also liked that she didn't use a crazy amount of scented oil- sometimes I've left massages feeling like I need to shower. I was able to use my Student ID for a discount, and I did see that there were some specials offered on the Yelp page.
