The body awareness I have gained is unbelievable. Erika is a master at working with individuals at all levels. I have a very scientific mind and appreciate working with someone who truly understands what she is doing and is able to explain in great detail how and why we are working the way we do. She's patient and kind. The class was fun which made the difficult workout easier. I'm plenty sore today! Definitely will be going back.
