I have attended a number of churches from varying traditions and in different locations over the course of my life, and I can say without reservation that Anchor is one of the closest that I have found to what the New Testament model of a church was meant to be. I first…read morestarted coming to Cross Pointe when my wife and I first arrived in Georgia circa 2008 and instantly fell in love with this church. The leadership to the congregation to the worship here are all great. My wife, my first son and I were all baptized at Cross Pointe and feel connected to this church and the Lord when we worship here. Their small groups are excellent as well and a great way to connect with members more closely here. The children's and young adult ministries here are all awesome and the church just overall is a wonderful church to call home. We have moved a bit further away from this church so don't attend here regularly at the moment but attend and contribute to this church as often as possible and watch their services online. Even after so many years we still love Cross Pointe and hope nothing but the best for them. 5 solid Stars and two thumbs up!

I went to their "next steps" booth and told them I was new and was wondering how to meet people my age, the next day I was at a Bible study with 30 other young adults and felt welcomed. Everything they teach is Bible based and biblically sound. I would invite anyone to come but don't be upset if you get looked over, they are a large church but if you make an effort they will too.

We visited this church for the first time on Easter Sunday of 2017; and our entire families life has been changed like never before! From the moment we approached the gate there was a lighted signed that stated "first time visitors, turn your headlights on". We did so and noted that there were greeters there to meet us, along with special parking reserved for us!!! even though no one was expecting us!! The greeters were so efficient that by the time we parked, they were there to open open our doors for us with heartfelt Welcome!!, one of them, then escorted us to the welcome desk. On approaching the desk, I noted there were two ladies there, as i looked around for my family each of them were already engaged in conversation with someone of their age group or from one of the ministries of the church that might appeal to them. The welcome was so warm it felt homely!! and real, not fake and pretentious.... As we entered the sanctuary, again, everyone greeted us so warmly, My thoughts were lets see how long this last. The praise and worship was to die for..... not just a group of people singing but those that know how to Praise the Lord and to usher you into His presence to Worship the Father. It felt like I had died and went to Heaven. The SERMON....was not just a burst of loud barking, but the word of God being taught so simple, effectual and relevant, simple and succinct that a child can understand. Fastforward......... It's now been a year and am still attending Canaan Land and nothing has fallen off the cart or by the wayside. This church is all that a church should be and more homebase, a community partner, a school, a place of refuge, a place of fun and family time, a shelter, a hand in time of need just to name a few, this church is just phenomenal. We are not into celebrating "Days" . Our preference is simplicity... worship and grow with all emphasis, glory and honor to HIM. I grew up Baptist all my life but have been Non-Denominational for many years now. Everyone is different as are our worship styles. This appears to be a thriving church and may appeal to many. I have been to the lots of big churches such as North point community church, Perimeter, Onnuri, Yeido sunbokum, Bundang Jigoochon Church... KCPC is the best church ever. Really..They have been to more than 100 mission trips to Africa, South America, and Asia includes north Korea. They support a bread factory that provide bread twice a day to North Korean Orphanages and provide food to hungry people in North Korea. I was very impressed by their top seminars and great education classes. They have one of the best education programs for children, mothers and seniors. I love KCPC.
