Upon arrival, he walked in, diagnosed the problem, and did a full inspection to make sure nothing else was damaged. When done, he offered to fix any other minor plumbing issues we had since he was already at the house. A fixed leaky toilet and shower head later, he was done. The entire process, start to finish, was under $100. That price, which is WAY lower than Ben Franklin and their salesmen/plumbers, included emergency service, all the parts, and peace of mind knowing our house would not flood. Once the work was scheduled, the electricians arrived on time and did a great job! We had our old knob & tube replaced, new service outside the house, a new breaker box put in to replace the fuse boxes, and they also cleaned up the cloth covered wiring and ran new gfci outlets to our first floor. Their price was very reasonable compared to the local competition, and they actually came in lower than I thought when I received my invoice.
