Each of her teachers has a fabulous flow - their systems are mostly vinyasa based, along with varying degrees of heat. Ellen is an acolyte of Baron Baptiste. The space is elegant, Zen, intimate, and the opposite of Bikram's militant uber gym vibe. Great sequences, lovely space, excellent teachers make this the best yoga for us!

I twisted and stretched in ways I never have before and I've been doing yoga many years now. She explains every posture with its corresponding meridians. She integrates Indian and Chinese philosophies and is so knowledgeable. I love doing a posture and knowing what exactly it's helping and the science behind it. It helps the mind body connection. This class was 1.5 hours long and went by so fast! I'm so glad my original workout class was canceled, I cannot wait to take her next class. She is a true joy to be around.
