It looked exactly like the kind of yoga studio I've always imagined, so I decided to take a class here on my last day. I'm so glad I did! I really loved Rebecca's class. She is a very experienced teacher, and her seemingly simple Vinyasa sequences were much more challenging than they looked. The next day, my glutes and thighs were definitely feeling it! More than the physical practice, I loved how calm and grounded I felt after class. One thing Rebecca said really stayed with me: "Without the breath, your asana is nothing." Such a beautiful practice and such a wonderful teacher. I'm so glad I found this place during my trip and would absolutely come back next time I'm in the area. Namaste

Each of her teachers has a fabulous flow - their systems are mostly vinyasa based, along with varying degrees of heat. Ellen is an acolyte of Baron Baptiste. The space is elegant, Zen, intimate, and the opposite of Bikram's militant uber gym vibe. Great sequences, lovely space, excellent teachers make this the best yoga for us!

I've long suffered with neck and back pain, and in just this short time I've noticed a difference in my posture, alleviating pressure and pain. Instructor Kirby is a delight: knowledge, friendly, and very effective at cuing the postures. The studio itself is lovely: clean and minimalist. I can't recommend this new studio highly enough!

I twisted and stretched in ways I never have before and I've been doing yoga many years now. She explains every posture with its corresponding meridians. She integrates Indian and Chinese philosophies and is so knowledgeable. I love doing a posture and knowing what exactly it's helping and the science behind it. It helps the mind body connection. This class was 1.5 hours long and went by so fast! I'm so glad my original workout class was canceled, I cannot wait to take her next class. She is a true joy to be around.
