I lost quite a bit of weight (25 lbs) and was planning to give away some of my favorite clothes. Then I found Ted at Rosemore. His prices for alterations are very reasonable and the work is good. If you're not satisfied, he will have it done again at no extra cost. Once, when an alteration didn't work out, he removed the charge entirely. For less than $100, I had five tops, one jacket, and two pairs of pants altered. You can't beat that. read more

this was the worst experience i have ever had at dry cleaners...i dropped my husbands clothes off and got my receipt. the day it was done isent my husband to pick it up. first he was told it all done. We he arrived home and took it out of the plastic. They wrap it in the one shirt was ivory, and had black stains on it. I was willing to let that slide until Ok so he was told come back in 3days as he did he was told they lost or gave it to someone else and they had no idea who!!!! Im livid if your in business its in their best interest to be honest. So much for supporting small business! Save yourself the aggravation !! And yes i demaned reimbursement for the shirtas it was expensive and worn only once . Just be honest why do you have to lie about it that's what made me so angry being honest businessman don't lie. read more

I had alterations done to a made of honor dress and it went terribly. The gentleman working there was kind and seemed to know what he was doing. He pinned my dress up and asked if it felt ok. I told him it was too high and tight around the neck. He adjusted it a bit and said he wouldnt touch the top part of the dress. After the adjustments were made, I tried the dress on and it looked completely different. The halter top had been risen to an uncomfortable level and the bottom of the dress was dragging. When I asked about it, they told me it was my fault because thats how they pinned it. it was just so frustrating. I ended up wearing the dress as it. You can tell by the photos that something was off with the dress. They offered no apology and did not seem interested in fixing it. Based on other reviews, it seems like they are a decent cleaner. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for alterations. read more

I noticed the place when going to another store in the strip mall. I stopped in with my fiance and told the gentleman I was getting married and needed alterations and a cleaning. The next week I brought my daughters bridesmaid dress to be taken in. She wasn't able to be there so he had me put the dress on and did the alterations based on the info I told him. He only charged me $12 and it fit my daughter like a glove. My dress was gonna be 75 and that was a great price but out of my budget so he told me to wear a higher heeled shoe. It worked I am bringing my fiances suit to be cleaned trmw bc this guy is great. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Family owned cleaners and they are the absolute best. Husband works in NYC and I take his clothes there to be cleaned and pressed and they always look great afterwards. Dave and Teddy are the best. When I pick up my husbands clothes with my 5 month old, they see my car and get everything all ready and even help me back out to the car. That's the kind of customer service and friendliness you just don't see that often in many business nowadays. I'm very grateful that they are just down the street. This place is never NOT busy. Why? Because their prices are much better than the competition, service is excellent, they dry cleaning is nicely done, and as the other Yelpers have commented, they do a bang up job with alterations. If you are like me and have a ton of dry cleaning each week, this is definitely a good option. My only complaints - do they have to hang sweaters on the hangers (which leave me with pointy shoulders)? Why not drape them over the hanger instead? Just sayin. Oh, and that shopping center parking lot is like a maze; you never know if you are driving in "lane," cars come at you from all directions because it's unclear, and they really need a traffic light to get you in and out without taking your life in your hands pulling out onto County Line Road. read more

I had the worst experience here. I needed alterations on a bridesmaid dress, and I specifically told the man that I did not want him to do anything to the top portion of the dress. I only want to take a few inches off the waist. I came back a week later and I could NOT even zip up the chest area of the dress. His response was, "it's impossible to make the waist smaller and not the top." What? That makes no sense. If he would have told me that last week when I dropped off my dress, then I would have made alterations to my dress somewhere else, who were capable of doing it. There's still old stitching left on the dress from the mistakes he made and a missing hook. I gave him a brand new dress, why is the hook missing ? He knew I was disappointed and charged me $50, instead of the initial $60. Honestly, the quality of work wasn't what I expected it to be, and this is how he return the dress to me. I was stressed out and had to pay, an additional $70 to fix what he did wrong. Customer service was horrible, and was argumentative. read more

The best cleaners in the area! I usually have bags of dry cleaning to do, because it's such a chore for me to take my clothes to the cleaners every week. When I started going to Rosemore Cleaners, I didn't know what to expect, but I read great reviews and wanted to try them out. The customer service is phenomenal! The moment the owner saw me unload my car and was about to carry a big bag of clothes, he came and helped me out. I had a coupon when I went there for the first time but their prices are fairly low. I went there consistently for a year and the last time I was there, I had told the owner I lost my job due to a massive laid off, and he gave me a discount on my cleaners. I was very touched by his kindness...very compassionate and genuine people! Unfortunately I don't live in the area anymore to continue using their service, now that I own a home in New Jersey. I am in search of a new dry cleaner place, but is finding it hard to come across a good one with low prices and outstanding services as this, which prompted me to write this review. Fair and respectful service. I brought a used gown here. They steam-stretched it at no charge, were honest about what they could and could not do with it, and cleaned it for a very reasonable price. Only minor concern was with scheduling pickup, just call to confirm your item is ready a little ahead of time. I'm happy! read more
