Apparently I was "too much time spent on" not worthy, charged me a premium and had someone who didn't even get his law degree yet represent me. By the way spodek will not represent you. His unqualified "lawyers" who didn't pass the bar exam will. Shady business Absolutely disgusting behavior from front desk ms Williams. And empty promises. Honest opinion. Never met Spodek once. Representation and communication was weak and the rate for service were high. After 32 hrs of community service $5000 and a stain on my record, DEFINITIVELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR HIRE Mind you my charges were 2 misdemeanors and I had a clean record. Funny part is. I was actually the victim in it all. Not pleased. Please save your money and go to another firm. I've attached a photo of how dismissive spodek is and even talked in a way that made me fear him for not taking down the honest review. But I think people should know the kind of firm this is.

Our repeated feedback has fallen on deaf ears and the process keeps being dragged as ball falls on our court while we are ready with all documents for submission. While Sunjae was initially very responsive to our questions, once a payment was made responses haven't been timely and work on our forms had plenty missing and mistaken information on very basic aspects. We didn't receive any apologies after pointing these out and corrections and revisions take forever for them to make. Disappointed and wouldn't recommend. I never received the email and 2 weeks past before I emailed them at their info@jcklaw. First email.. ignored. Second email was where I asked, "Is anyone reading emails?" I laid out my plan and wanted to try another method, and it's been nearly a month with no response again. I believe they are only looking for "cookie cutter" cases. Where every case can be churned/processed with minimal effort on the lawyers part. Any case that seems to require innovative thinking or sharpening their barrister skills, instead of just filing paperwork for clients gets ignored but not turned down, just wait it out till the potential client finds another law firm.
