Since then we have needed service work done wrong size screws used in door set screw keeps popping out and the storm door wouldn't latch and leaked on top and water runs down inside of window. Four different times we have had service technician out. First time they adjusted latch never fixed leak or missing screw. called again same problems this time the service technician scrapped up the whole frame a rap trying to get it to latch still did not fix leak or screw. Had to send video and pictures of that shoddy work done replacement parts ordered.We had to call them to see if parts came in . Since then two no show one due to weather. today they show up 12/18/2025 with not all the parts because proper parts were not ordered still leaks and a screw that does not tighten. So to say the least there is no communication between management and technicians. During this whole process which is still ongoing there have been multiple call and a lot of unanswered messages. It was a poor experience in that the original representative was two hours late and the second person they sent out (who indicated he was a higher rank/position than the prior rep) was rude. BUT, I was interested in a Kitchen renovation and saw an ad for home buddy.com that suggested it would give me the average/going rate for renovations in my area. After plugging in my information, it misleadingly connected me with Mad City. They texted me and I responded with "stop" per the instructions if I was no longer interested. But Mad City proceeded to call me twice that night and 10 times the following day. I picked up and talked a representative THREE times. I told them the website that I put my info into did not mention it was connected with Mad City and had I known it would, I would not have inquired. I relayed the negative experience that I was not interested in their services and the first caller was respectful. The second caller seemed unaware that I had responded to the first caller and hung up on me after I told him. The third time, I very directly told the caller that I had told two other callers that I was not interested and to stop calling me. He talked over me the whole time, like that was supposed to make me change my mind and work with them. Don't let them bully you too.
