I actually called the store several times on my cell phone to be connected to the deli. My phone calls were never picked up - Walmart only said we are busy and to call back. You have got to be kidding me. It's 2026 and you don't have an answering machine. The girl finally appeared - no "sorry for keeping you waiting". Your customer service is absolutely the worst. I'm not sure if it is lack of training or what. I could write a book about how dissatisfied I am. The self checkout is a joke - the hand wands are broken - not to mention the scales and heaven forbid you should need help!! They walk up and are extremely rude - like they are doing you a favor. Some of the employees actually turn their name tags around so you can't report their obnoxious behavior.
