I was accused of not scanning a item when the item in question was double scanned accidentally. After the manager concluded I did scan the item and it was accidentally double scanned but removed the double scanned item, I didn't receive an apology but excuses. I'm a "cash paying customer" and don't receive any food subsidy which I brought over $380 worth of groceries on the day in question being harassed by management behind a $13 pack of meat. This type of behavior by upper management is not acceptable and in my opinion this should be addressed immediately. There's no way with all the money Walmart invest into their camera system should anything like this to ever happen. I will spend my hard earned money with another retail store who values and respect their customers.

While I've never been a huge fan of Dillard's overall, this Macon location does a solid job for the area. My main gripe with Dillard's has always been their sales, or lack thereof. When they do offer a decent sale, the infamous 3-day return policy on sale items is a deal-breaker for me. Living close to an hour away means that if I change my mind, I'm usually stuck with something I'll probably never wear. And as someone who is absolutely a sucker for a sale, that part hurts a little. That said, when I need something urgently and don't have time to order online, Dillard's often comes through in the clutch.
