Non standard business practices, limited staff and availability of services. Not what I would call a professional medical facility

The office staff is more responsive now. I appreciate that very much. However, the quality and resolution of the images are so below standard that its shocking. I will need to repeat an MRI somewhere else so they can accurately see the details. I don't know what's wrong that would make images so unclear, but I would go somewhere else if its an MRI you need. My MRI from 1995 is way better. They need a patient portal for patients and doctors to access results, compatible with EPIC. read more

The employees are friendly, and you'll get your image when you leave. However, don't expect the report for at least five days--which is frustratingly slow and far from acceptable. On top of that, the Roseville office is incredibly difficult to reach. I spent an entire day trying to get through, only to be met with their voicemail over and over. It's unusual for a business in this field to have such low ratings, yet theirs sits at a 2.5 out of 5. That really says it all. read more

I had an mri on my arm here this week, and was help by a tech named nick. Although everyone at the facility was incredibly kind and accommodating, nick went way out of his way to make sure my mri was clear and concise. Even though there was a rude patron out in the lobby trying to rush them, the staff made sure that they got all the imaging my doctor needed. I can't recommend this place enough and especially nick for all of his help and patience. read more

had a little bit of a glitch with office/scheduling, whichI won"t lie was frustrating at best, but...megan finally took over my issue and solved it immediately and with the courtesy of a heartfelt apology. i was scheduled immediately after and the care i got while there was wonderful. i needed an open machine ( my claustrophobia is off the charts) and their machine made it so doable. highly recommend. read more

First and foremost the receptionist were very nice in helping my mother out which is why I'm giving 1 star. My complaint is about the X-ray tech my mother went in for X-rays and the technician was VERY rude and VERY unprofessional. Now my mother only speaks Spanish she was upset that my mother did not speak English and because of that she was being very nasty towards my mother. Is the technician racists or does she just not like Hispanics? It was her job to provide a type of care and instead all she did was make my mother very uncomfortable. Someone needs to talk to her about her very ugly and unprofessional behavior. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS! read more

Making an appointment was impossible. No return calls and when I finally got through, I was put on hold only to be forgotten.

Good luck trying to contact this place!! Got the call on a Wednesday from my dr that the auth was received to schedule an appointment for a scan. Called that same day, no answer. Called later that same day, no answer so left a voicemail. By Friday morning, still no return call so I called them again, still no answer. Called my insurance who put in a ticket and was told I would receive a call within 72 hours. I mistakenly assumed that meant three business days and thought I'd receive a call sometime the following week between Monday and Wednesday. I received a call around 5:30pm on Saturday from a number not listed for Roseville Diagnostic Imaging. I was driving at the time so a voicemail was left telling me to call back to schedule an appointment. The number that was left on the voicemail was the same number I had been dialing for a week and leaving voicemails on. I figured I'd return the call first thing Monday as it was nearly 7pm on a Saturday at the time and their hours list them as closed on Saturday and Sunday. Called again on Monday another 5 times before deciding this place wasn't worth the hassle. The first time I had to be seen at this place, the nurse there started launching into some weird rant about China manufacturing COVID to release on the world and some other highly unprofessional, super conspiracy-like comments that I never asked for and sure as shizz did not encourage. Made the entire process ridiculously uncomfortable bc I'm in a hospital gown on a table with an IV line. It's not like I could leave and this chick had a needle in my arm. I don't go to medical facilities to spread unproven conspiracy theories and it's uncomfortable that the nurse felt emboldened enough to spew her personal opinion at me. My issue is more with the unprofessional attitude of feeling entitled to talk about politics with patients. I don't want to talk about religion or politics, especially when I'm just trying to get some tests done. I'm there for scans, not attending a Trump rally; absolutely not the time, nor place. Talk to me about your pets, the weather, who you think will win The Voice this season, your sister's hat knitting hustle, like ANYTHING that's not considered a divisive, hot button topic. I guess I should've realized this place sucked when I sat in the waiting area on my first visit and a woman came in to subpoena the place for her records. read more

It's the 21st century and they can't even have an easy check in process. Patients have to fill out the same 3-page personal information each time! They don't seem to have a reliable electronic patient information system. If a patient comes to this office for all their diagnostic imaging, they shouldn't be filling out THE SAME demographic information each time. Most facilities just verify your records on file and update if needed. It's like walking in the facility that operates in the 70's, that's how it's like when you're at Roseville Diagnostic Imaging. They don't even have hand sanitizers. This should be reported to the county public health. read more

Worst imaging area we've been to. My mom's appointment was at 1 pm and they required us to check in at 12:40 which we did. After an hour and 10 minutes of waiting, no one has given us an update or reason for the delay. Multiple staff were walking in and out of the room and pacing back and forth aimlessly in the hallway. I had to ask the nice receptionist for an update. The receptionist was very polite and apologetic. No one was even taking the initiative to inform the multiple anxious patients about the delay. 20 more minutes later (1.5 hrs wait for an out-patient CT scan) we finally got called in. It's an out patient clinic and delays can happen too but it is best practice and common courtesy to inform patients of the delay. Specially a 90-min delay! read more

I had to get four MRIs recently at this facility. Each time the wait was minimal. The paperwork while repetitive isn't a lot. Three single sided pages with quick to answer questions. The staff is all friendly and polite. The place is clean and the staff makes sure to keep it that way as I saw one of the medical assistants sweeping the floor. The waiting area is small since it is also the entry area. However, since this place is the kind of place that takes most kinds of insurance including Medi-Cal and Medicare I don't expect a palace. X-Rays are walk-in and any "appointment" for them is just a loose time to show up as they are done in the order that the people signed in. In fact most imaging places I've been to in town have been like that for x-rays. read more

Hello, thank you for reading this, at my appointment today the receptionist Sharon who was working the front desk was continuously coughing without a mask on and had a poor attitude, I expect this from a MCDonalds or an angry janitor at the fair. Sadly this persons poor attitude combined with the poor service she provided has made it so that I will now drive an extra hour out of my way to avoid dealing with this clinic again, please stay far away. read more

I've read the other negative reviews and it's true that they don't answer the phone , which is kind of annoying when you're trying to reschedule an appointment , and yes they're not especially friendly , which I don't understand. They're a medical facility. Aren't they there to help you ? Their office is long and narrow and everyone can see you when you come out of the changing room. The only friendly ones there are the MRI techs . Every time I go there , it's different but they are close to my house , so ... You might not want to go here but everyone has a bad day ( once in a while ) . I'm not sure if it was my bad day or theirs . read more

Super amazing!! Coming from someone who has recently been claustrophobic due to a tragic family loss dealing with major stress and anxiety the supervisor there (not sure of her name) was really helpful with calming me down and talking me through the MRI. As well as the gentleman there, (not sure of his name either ) singing Bruno Mars lol but they were SO AMAZING and did not let me walk out of there without completing the MRI, yet feeling at ease. I have been calling them over six week for ct-scan order by my doctor. Each week I call someone has different excuses and they pretend to contact dr. Office for information. I have been between both dr. Office and radiology for these six weeks and I feel like a football and they didn't solve the issue or what paper they need. They didn't reach Dr office even though I ask them several time since they keep saying we need more paper. Dr office says we send everything what they want more. Me poor patient who is sick suffering in middle. Beside each representative have attitude don't want to listen don't want do their job and telling me false information. Every clinic in Roseville full of people of attitude with no work done. This attitude and harshness can be put towards let me find out and let me help you! Solve problem skills!!!No wonder every clinic and dr office at Roseville has poor reviews and most of it complaints about staff members. read more

Right off the bat, this place is dated. The entryway is small so you're walking into people's feet as you enter. Sign on the door says masks required, but half of the people in here aren't wearing one. The receptionist looks very unhappy and doesn't smile or look at you, though she seems friendly to her co-workers. Would be nice if she was friendly to the patients as well. The tech Kristine was super friendly and knowledgeable and everyone else there seemed really nice. If you own this business, paint and update your reception area--get rid of all the beige..and get a friendly person at the front desk. Also, update your tech! Digital forms can be done before the patient arrives and a text or email reminder with the address and phone number would be great for us to be able to use gps easily. read more

Well they have an issue of receiving a call ! I just call several days but they said me we didn't get your referral and calling to my Dr and the faxed them again I am calling them but the same word next two days the same after a month I had an appointment and I am filling bad in my back and lower leg so due to bad experience of getting my appointment I tough the same shit but "GIORGIO" is taking care of me since he call my name he showed me love and kindness try to change clothes and then when I was laying down to the MRI he try to get me comfortable because I will get for like 30 min he they star letter I don't know he come and he said to me by mentioned my name you done and I surprise because before two weeks I went emergency to Roseville and my Dr referred me to MRI later I Can't even sit and laying down within 7 min I just called them and I couldn't do my MRI but here thanks to "GIORGIO" I did it keep it up try to help others because when we come to MRI we have a serious problem so we need just like you in ever place read more

They did a great job on my ct scan. The nurse putting my iv in was awesome. The tech did a good job even though there was some confusion on the order. Receptionists were great very accommodating. Prices are competitive for cash pay. Will be going there again in future. read more
