Dave repaired the bridge on my Guild 12 string and did a fantastic job. He also put in a Rosewood bridge plate, snakewood bridge pins, a new compensated bone saddle and a new bone nut. It sounds so much better and he lowered the action to a perfect level. I would recommend Dave to anyone who needs luthier work done. Brought Dave a couple more basket cases. A 12 string with it's top separated from the body and one with a finish crack running from the bridge to the bottom of the guitar. The action on this one was so bad I considered it unplayable. Got back a 12 string that was properly/soundly repaired. I didn't ask but Dave tweeked the action a bit on an already great playing guitar. The guitar now plays and sounds better than ever. The other guitar was returned sporting a beautiful gloss finish over it's highly flamed maple top. It went from unplayable to being used in my daily routine. Crack? What crack?
