VOS Motors handled my bike purchase quickly and efficiently. My bike was ready in 3 days. Those days included signing the financing paperwork, cleaning and servicing any issues on the bike, licencing and me going down there to get it. The bike, the day after I got it, turned up a "no start" issue and after contacting VOS, they went into "overdrive" and inside of 24 hours had a mechanic out to look at it. The fix was simple and he was able to get it running at my location, but he was prepared to take it back to the shop to fix it and then deliver it to me again. Avoid this dealership - Due to their incompetence they cost my friend thousands of dollars. Extremely unprofessional and not detailed oriented. When they sold my friend his bike they entered the incorrect VIN number . This was not discovered until my friend was involved in a no fault accident. When he submitted his claim , his insurance denied the claim because of the VIN number. Due to injuries, my friend is unable to work. When he reached out to VOS, they have stalked and ignored him. read more

Bought my Moto Guzzi V7 in time for winter....they were great to deal with. Bought supplies for my first oil change...they had everything, and a few tips. Scheduled Mainenance light came on....they quickly took me in and cleared it for me, (can't be done without dealer tools). I'll be back. read more

Brought my bike in for a booked appointment. When i got there they said they wouldn't do the work. then they told me to come back next week (i had taken off a day from work already). When the manager told them to do the work - one of my driving lights wouldn't work- the tech said i needed a new wiring harness which would cost $1000 and labour would be another $1000. I retrieved my and went to Kelly's in Hamilton where they found that a fuse was corroded. Fixed for $180. Vos has no integrity. The service tech's are out of control. Stay away and save yourself from grief. read more

My bike was refused service after it broke down on the way to toronto. I had appt. Booked for regular service. As soon as i arrived with bike on tow truck they refused me angrily and tossed me away. I had no other choice and unload bike after i asked if i could park in lot. I let bike rest for two months and then came down to remove it. I was shocked and awed that the bike was gone stolen. I was so sad after spending 5k to restore it. I reported it to police and insurance. But i have no theft. Being 60 yrs old and on dissability and on tight budget. I really loved my bike being a serious rider for over 35 yrs. The shop has done nothing for me at all. I wanted people to be aware how this management is do cold and unprofessional. Came in for motorbike service, asked the mechanic who came to take my bike keys how long it will take, he said about 40 minutes, but the lady sitting at the counter said 2 hours, which i know was bullshit. Bike was lifted n serviced, i saw the bike was off the lift n moved out of the service section after 45 minutes, i waited to see if i will be called to collect my bike, they never did, it was 1.5 hours, i went asking, then the service lady said she will check, after 10 minutes, i was told the bike is ready, and i was charged 2 hours of service charge. This shop tries to make money by simply adding extra hours on the service, i had a friend who took his bike for servicing, they did the same thing to him, not going in again to this place. read more

People were nice, but service was pathetic. Asked for chain maintenance and overall service on a new/used bike. Got an oil change, filter, and chain lube for nearly $500. Left with the same chain issue (needed severe adjustment, very slack) as when I went in, no fluid top ups, absolutely nothing exceptional or even basic that would justify the price. I randomly stopped in to Dewildt who fixed everything VOS left within 15 minutes and didn't even charge. As of today also found out they didn't reset the oil trip meter when they did what little service I got for my money. A few panicked moments when the oil light started flashing and cut my ride short and came home to find they just hadn't reset it, and now the count will be off until the next oil change. Was in their showroom a few days ago with my son. Greeted by a couple of cuties and walked through there showroom floor. Circled around the Diavel two or three times and checked out the others then came back to the Diavel then went to see others then came back to the Diavel. Through all this, there seemed to be someone who might be working there but wasn't sure. He never approached us or saluted us, he seemed more interested in his phone and flexing his tattoos. Then an older gentleman was around and seemed curious to see what my son and I were so curious about and just hovered us without a word. I just wanted to let who ever may read this realize that I was prepared to drop $30k on this bike even before I entered this shop but left thinking this place would never see a penny of my $. Acknowledging people and letting them know someone is there in case if any questions or whatever isn't being pushy it's being welcoming. So anyways I'll be buying my bike elsewhere. read more

Very great staff with a huge selection of bikes to choose from. Amazing thing about them is they will deliver your bike once you buy it. I called the manager telling him what bike I wanted and he gave a really good point by saying "sometimes you may think you want that bike but it might not suit you" That gave me a very good impression because his main goal is not about selling the bikes (although this is important) but also making the customer helping and satisfied in finding a bike suitable for them. read more

Maybe I just got these guys on a bad day however I felt I should share my experience. I never write reviews but this was interesting. I may have been discriminated against because I look young. I'm 28 with several years of riding experience. I told one of the sales reps I was interested in the CBR 600RR and GSX R600. The GSX had no price on it and when I asked for the specs, he said "you can just go onto our website and find it there"...ok, I have to do your job? I found this odd but I did it anyways and the bike actually wasn't on their site. When I told him, he went on to say I should just check again in a few days, they only recently got the bike. Then he asked my age, when I told him, he said "you should just wait until you're 30 and your insurance will be cheaper". So he was no help, didn't seem interested in selling the bike, I don't see how my insurance cost was of his concern so I started walking out. Another rep approached me and we started chatting, I mention I was interested in purchasing a bike so I tried discussing the CBR and mentioned there was one being sold at another dealership. I told him the year and cost, I asked if he was able to work something out with me and compare with the other shop, he basically said no, didn't give much reason or care to look at the bike I was referring to, situation became awkward so I continued on my way. This shop is in serious need of a revamp. Just terrible. read more
