Wish I read the reviews before going there. Whole cycle was supposed to be 25 min. And indeed it was stuck at 6 mins, which added to the cycle. Why? Person working there was very helpful since I had never been there before. But as I experienced at other laundromat, people leave their clothes in the washer and return when they feel like it. Don't they realize they're losing revenue allowing this to happen? I'll have to try another place. Just not Grime Busters. Don't care for the area and the mice running around. read more

This place is generally fine but I have experienced what other posters have said about long wash times where machines get stuck on six minutes... for 20 minutes! that happened to me when I was in a hurry and really messed up my day. Also, not good to come here when the temperature outside is very cold. The automatic door keeps opening constantly even I noticed as people are just loading up their car because this somehow sets the sensor to open the door. There's no buffer for the constant rush of freezing cold air and it is very very uncomfortably cold in there. I had to leave and go somewhere else for half an hour while my clothes were washing which I never had to do before. read more

Seems my original review was removed - here it is again b cuz it should stay public. Blonde w long hair too busy smoking out back to interact w customers. Floors were dirty and had debris. Visibly dirty! When I asked a question and the attendant was annoyed. I was told the owner never comes in and there is no way to reach her. Great way to run a business. No room for customers inside. Went back to this laundromat after a few years and not really surprised that nothing has changed. The machines are filthy and in need of repair. The timer says 25 mins but you might as well add another 20 mins to that because at the end of the wash cycle the machine just spins and spins forever before the actual full spin cycle begins. The timer will say 6 mins remaining but it will spin for 20 mins before the spin cycle engages. I've talked to the owner about it when they first opened and she had an expression like she couldn't care less what I was saying. Some of the issues come from the garbage people that go there who care only about themselves and that's not the owners fault. read more

Dropped off a mattress cover that needed a deep cleaning. It was ready for pick up in less than 2 hours. Looked brand new! Very reasonable prices and friendly establishment. We will use Rosie's again got big load items. read more

I use laundromats often in ct ny and nj. I was not impressed with rosie's laundromat. The few open machines are filthy inside with pet fur and fuzz you wouldn't want to put your clothing inside. I mentioned it to the attendant and she asks you to go clean it and barely hands you a paper towel. The attendant just sits behind the counter and doesn't walk around to see machines abandoned with clothes. I saw 4 machines and they were done for over 25 min and no one claims them. The facility could do alot better if they maintained their machines. I will not return! read more

This was my first time coming to Rosies and I was excited to use a new laundry mat. First an foremost the "owner" let a customer yell at me for not wearing a mask. THE LAW DOESN'T REQUIRE YOU TO WEAR A MASK you ONLY HAVE TO WEAR A MASK IF YOU CANNOT STAND 6 FEET AWAY FROM THE PERSON. Which my partner and I were doing. 2nd the tops of the washer were dirty and full of dust thats nasty. Will not becoming back. read more

I dropped off around 45 Pounds of laundry which included bedding, coats, dresses, and other miscellaneous items. Everything was cleaned extremely well. The place was clean and the owner was extremely helpful and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Excellent service. read more

You see my ratings. Enuf said. They kept upping the price on items; for example, I brought in a winter coat for cleaning. It was not down. Then they said "in the fine print of the cleaning instructions ", or some such rot, that it was. Tacked on another fee for washing the hood. So price gouging, huh? They only SEEM nice there! I would bring in clothing for wash/dry/fold, and it came back smelling dirty! Enuf said! read more

Great machines, clean place and lovely people work here. Took less than 20 min to dry 3 complete sets of California king sized bedding. TV's and free WiFi make the short time pass by even faster read more

The dryers took way too long to dry my stuff and I was there until it closed at 10. When I went to bring my stuff out to the car, at like 10:01, the automatic doors closed behind me and locked my car keys and the rest of my laundry inside. There was no attendant there and I called and called but nobody picked up on the number provided on their website for assistance. I ended up calling the Avon police, and their security system and neither were able to get in contact with the owner. I ended up waiting in 20° weather for 48 minutes without a coat while I waited for someone to pick me up and give me a ride home. Then they had to pick me up and bring me back the next day to go when it opened at 6:30 to get my stuff. There was still no attendant and nobody called me back. The police were not surprised, I guess this happens to people there all the time. read more
