New high tech machine makes doing the laundry a breeze. But.... there are many people- mainly men, 'hanging out' on the sidewalk, observed a lot of 'hand offs' taking place. These people often make their way inside the laundromat, to talk to the help, get pieces of pizza which is provided by the help. Hate to say it, but many are homeless, high-tweaking out, yelling-foul language, acting inappropriately In and out of this establishment. As an adult, I can deal with it. But I would feel velet uncomfortable bringing a child or grandchild there. read more

I just wanted to share my amazing (and not so good) experiences coming here so far. I came during the day in the beginning of the week once over a month ago, and I will never again. The lady that was working did not even acknowledge me when I entered and was sitting down on her phone talking on it, so now I come at night as I feel very welcomed by 2 amazing ladies that work the nights. Every time that I have come so far, either Jessica or Sarah are working. I just wanted to say how amazing, kind and caring those 2 are. They go above and beyond for the customers and make sure that everyone is doing okay and not needing any type of help by always asking. I have personally seen Sarah break out her phone to use a translator app in order to communicate with someone that could speak very little English once. That right there is amazing customer service! Jessica and Sarah BOTH always greets everyone when they enter through the front doors when I am there. Jessica always asks the customers when they are picking up their orders if they need help if they are big orders. Sarah insists they roll out the carts and helps carry items too when and if needed. Those 2 ladies are always either running around helping people, cleaning up behind people that leave their dryer sheets on the ground, putting the carts where they belong or cleaning up spilled detergent on the ground, etc. I barely, if ever, see either of those 2 girls sitting down. They keep this place very homey and safe feeling when I come also. As long as those 2 ladies are working, I will be a consistent customer! read more

I went to grimbusters to do my laundry it was around 3:30 ish it was a mess it is usually clean,there were people hanging out side that were not doing laundry,the girl that was working there the language on her she should not be working there.I went Friday the 7 th , I was not happy at all . read more

Every time I come here on a Sunday morning, the hours say they're open at 7 but whoever opens is always late to open the store. You always see people sleeping or laying on the couch in there. Very unprofessional. The girl with the bleach blonde hair is so loud and so obnoxious it actually makes me not want to come here. It's a very nice laundry mat which is why I continue to come here and it's close by. But they need to clean up the people they have working for them and the company they keep in there. read more

They rock! My daughter was in ICU for a 3 weeks and needless to say, my husband and I were at her bedside every minute. When she was discharged, overwhelmed was a pretty good word to describe the only feeling that I had when I finally walked into my house. Having more important things to worry about (my daughter), I dropped them off every piece of clothing in a house of 5 people and the next day, they called because it was ready. Not only did they have a bag full of change, cash and toys that were stowed away in the clothes, I stood in awe at the most amazingly folded clothes I've ever seen. Skirts and dress shirts and dresses were on hangers, the socks were matched to perfection. They just completely shocked me, amazing! read more

I had read good reviews about this place. Unfortunately, the people that work in it smoke like chimneys. They leave the door open and all the smoke from them standing outside socializing smoking with other people floats in. So you and your new clean clothes all stink of an ashtray. I will never go back to this place again. If you have kids I wouldn't subject them to the amount of second hand smoke in this place. People go to laundromats to clean their clothes not to have them stink like ashtrays. read more

I usually am very happy with drying my clothes at this laundry mat. I walk in today there is two customers there and this short bald guy snaps at me and tell me I can only use a few dryers as I am counting about 20 opens dryers this is the last time I am coming here. Super rude read more

So I just moved to Bristol back in June of 2014 and have been using this place for their wash, dry and fold service. Everything was fine until recently when a couple pair of my fiancé yoga pants went missing. These pants were just bought from Victoria Secret and cost $40.00 a pair. I guess their policy is 'You misplaced them.' Nothing was done and still I foolishly brought my clothes to them the next week and noticed a bleach stain on the third pair of yoga pants. So my fiancé went down to the laundromat with me and proceeded to show them what they did to her yoga pants. They told her they could only reimburse her $20.00 and for some odd reason they wanted the pants as well. Oh, did I forget to mention she was wearing the pants when the guy behind the counter said that. Seriously? So now we're down three pair of yoga pants which is around $120.00. I can't understand how these people made it into their 50's. The only reason I'm giving this a star is because it's required to write the review. Will not ever use their services again and I surely do not recommend it. read more
