I found out about the service on Yelp. At first, I was very nervous about using a cat sitting service and leaving my four cats (and my home) in the care of a stranger. However, after meeting Charlene, all of my concerns were put to rest. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it was to receive daily updates (with photos!) of my cats while I was away. I was able to completely relax on my vacation knowing that my cats were getting the food/water/clean litter/attention that they deserve. It was also nice knowing that I would be contacted immediately if there was a problem. Coming home from my trip was also a very pleasant experience -- clean litter -- no smell! I was able to focus on loving my cats rather than spending 30 minutes cleaning the litter and trying to air out the place :) I will continue to use Cat Sitter Toronto services going forward, and would highly recommend this service to others. If you have any doubts, book an appointment and meet the cat sitter. This is a professional business run by someone who really cares.

Since…read morethen, it's been difficult for me to go on vacation as it is very hard to find a cat sitter who can administer insulin to my cat OJ. It's also hard to leave him in the care of someone else. I found Cat Sitter Toronto on Yelp and it has been such a blessing! I moved to the beaches last year and spent so much time trying to find a good, trustworthy sitter. Charlene is just that! I hired her for the first time when I went on a trip to Montreal for a few days and she definitely put my mind at ease with the amount of detail she put into ensuring both OJ and myself feel comfortable. She gave me an update after every visit and even took pics for me. She also didn't make any decisions without running it by me first. OJ didn't need insulin for one of the visits and she confirmed with me first before making any decisions. If that were someone else, they probably would have given him insulin anyway even if his sugar was too low, which would have endangered his life. She's simply amazing! And she cares! She knows what she's doing and her attention to detail is something that anyone with a cat with special needs requires. No need to worry because she knows what she's doing! And even booking online was a breeze! Will definitely hire her over and over again!

I'd been abused, and later, after finally finding a safe home, someone broke in... and I was beaten again. I don't trust easily. I bark when I feel unsafe. I protect my space fiercely. I need distance from other dogs--not because I don't care, but because I care too deeply and don't know how to show it safely. But my human understood. They walk me on a 6' lead, often shortened to 2'. They sit on the ground beside me when I'm overwhelmed. They give me time, space, and safety to choose connection. That's how I learned how to say: "If I turn sideways and offer my shoulders or my butt... you can touch me." It's not much, but it's my way of saying "I trust you." And Justine listened. On October 4, 2023, Justine became my personal walker once a week. My human told her the truth--every challenge, every warning. She had every reason to walk away. But she didn't. She stayed. She followed my signals. She gave me 15 minutes. Now we do 30-minute walks once a week. She must really love me. Then, on January 2, 2024, I met Laura--and fate stepped in again. I didn't know she worked with Justine. Now I have two amazing humans who take me out twice a week. They get me. They give me time. And I give them my trust. To the anxious pups, the misunderstood cats, the shy reptiles, the quiet rodents hiding under blankets: You are NOT broken You are NOT too much You just need the right people who will wait for you to feel safe I'm Yogi. I'm a 150-pound Protection Fluff with a gentle heart and a rough past. I don't take love lightly--but once I give it, it's forever. Sloppy kisses and steady eyes, --Yogi From Yogi's Human: Yogi came into my life with scars--some I could see, many I couldn't. And while I helped him find safety... he helped me survive too. Watching him grow from panic to patience, from tension to trust, has been the most powerful journey of my life. We have good days, tough ones, and breakthroughs. But we keep going. To Justine and Laura--thank you for stepping into our lives. You didn't just help my dog. You made it possible for me to breathe a little easier too. To everyone walking a reactive pet journey: Progress isn't linear. Love is a process. She is very patient, understanding, and takes her time discussing your pet with you. She is very helpful and sweet, as well. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Another amazing thing: the prices! The check up and shot for my new cat cost LESS THAN 1/3 of what it would have cost at my previous vet clinic. I am not kidding. I couldn't believe it. I could have saved thousands of dollars if I had started going there years ago. Dr. Kato has been practicing for many years, she is very experienced and very kind. Kato Animal Hospital is small but mighty! I am so glad the wonderful reviews online are accurate and that I listened to them. Thank you Dr. Kato and Kato Animal Hospital for making it a financial possibility for me to adopt a cat at this point in my life. I love cats so much, and could not see myself living without one. Now I don't have to.

Dr. Drabant was incredibly kind, informative, and supportive from the very beginning. The doctor walked me through everything and helped ease my anxiety during a really stressful time. I'll be returning for follow-up appointments, but I already feel confident recommending this clinic -- especially if you have a parrot or exotic pet. The entire staff was friendly and compassionate. I brought my dog to this clinic because she was acting strangely. The vet performed a physical exam, blood work, and X-rays, which all came back normal. Because she was still not acting right, I explicitly suggested maybe she was have Addison disease or any underlying hidden neurological or soft-tissue causes that standard tests cannot see. Unfortunately, this was not pursued, and we were sent home because the initial tests looked stable. I phoned the clinic again about the dog pain on and off when I approached to touch her. They prescribed pain reliever for 3 days and see if there's improvement but on the 3rd day of dose she manifesting a wobbly walk which I called immediately to the clinic. They booking me on the following day but my dog is dramatically declining. They checked it and prescribed another meds to see if she getting well or worse and sent home. The following day I brought again in the clinic in the morning because she's very critical condition. They suggested to confined her overnight to see if she gonna improved. Catastrophically, my dog passed away the next day of confinement by putting her to sleep. Even I don't want to accept it I let them to decide what the best for her. While I understand that initial blood work and X-rays were clear, 1 am incredibly disappointed that my worrying about my dog for any underlying unknown illness was not taken more seriously when her behavior was clearly abnormal. I hope the clinic uses this case to better listen to owners when they sense a hidden emergency even they saw the dog acting normal from them. I'm still deeply say thank you for all the staff to your support and accommodating me in the day when I was very emotional and heartache for the lost of my favourite dog."
