I went for a haircut on March 9/19. I waited about one hour. I live on the Manitoulin Island shock…read moreis about 3 hours away. I get home the next day. I have a shower, when blow drying my hair I notice that my left side was not done the same as my right side. I figured when I get back to Sudbury( which was Mach 22/19 that I would just get them to fix it. I was told that it was more than 1 week, that I would have to pay for another haircut. I don't think this is right as I live 3 hours away and it's not like I can drive in the very next day.i think that It should have been fix this day. I have been going to the same place for the last 20 years. This is very unacceptable customer service!
