The process would take between 15 and 20 minutes. I'm now paying in Sudbury between $25.00 and $30.00 plus tip. I've tried 4 diffent places here and I'm still looking for a place to call my regular hair cut place or "home". The attention to detail is sub-standard at best. 8 to 10 minutes for a cut is the average time and it's not enough to do a good quality , $30.00, hair cut. Please take your time and pay attention to detail. Do the little extras that warrant a $30.00 price tag.

After 9 hours and two visits to SALON ELITE, I have very blond hair, orange dark black and blond leopard spots in my hair and two black streaks on each side of my temples with spotty blond sections halfway down the strand. I was told by the hairdresser Tanya how much it was going to cost HER to try and fix HER mistakes. She wouldn't even listen to me, only argued that it looked fine to her, and my only option was to dye my hair dark brown??? She didn't even apologize. I repeatedly asked to speak to the manager Matt, and 5 days later he had the nerve to leave me a message saying I made HIS staff uncomfortable. They REFUSE to correct their mistakes. The worst customer service I have ever had. Matt, you should be ashamed for not even speaking to me, or taking the time to see for yourself what your staff did to my hair before refusing to help fix it. Shame on YOU!!!
