The parked location was the best place for a large truck w/ trailer, to be out of the way for potential customers entering or exiting & also allowing us to maneuver it safely back out of the lot. It was out of the way in the event that a customer may enter the parking lot. All of the parking spaces next to the building were available & not blocked if someone were to come. There was more than adequate space surrounding, and again zero customers were there at this time, but should 40 cars choose to arrive, we would have been out of their way! Instead employee wanted to pick an argument amd demand it be parked in a difficult space & refused to allow us in the store until it was moved. That's when the argument began. Yup, she was then matched with attitude! Then, indeed we contacted the store to place a complaint. We called once. When management wasn't available, another location was contacted, once. That location had a wonderful staff member that was in agreement of the absurdity. Their staff was more than kind, respectful & helpful and used excellent skills to de-escalate, versus escalate. Your staff should take tips! The fact you justify the assistant managers behavior is reason not to support this location. We won't. Have the day you deserve!

The first employee to help me was nice and asked me if I had my I.D to prove that it was my order, to which I said I didn't have it on me (it was in my car). I was told then that I needed I.D, so I willingly showed my school profile from my phone which had my picture and my name and showed it to her. At this time another employee walked up to me, looked at my picture and my full name, then told me to open my Facebook profile to prove that I was who I said I was. I tried to show her, but my Facebook wasn't loading even while being on WiFi. While waiting, the employee that told me to show her my social media page started to talk down to me about how I shouldn't be driving without an I.D, and that I could get a ticket. I am well aware of that but my I.D was in my car so there was no need to tell me that. When my Facebook loaded and she saw my information, she gave the go ahead to the first employee and that was that. I didn't see a name tag on her, but she had on a white/light colored sort of shirt and had short hair.
