The store is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. It's clean and bright and I found the assortment of women's clothes was much nicer than the Boca store. The shoe department was really good too. I ended up picking up a nice pair of sandals. The checkout line was long, but the police kept it moving and it went quickly. All in all it was a nice little shopping experience and I know I will be back.

I'm talking about being obnoxious and yelling, cursing, getting in people's way, playing music as they walked around and generally ruining the atmosphere for us and for the store owners too I'd imagine. Aside from it being horrible optics, it was really annoying. I also did not see any security nor any police on the premises, which made me think twice about whether it was actually safe or not. It's probably fine but who knows? Overall, I probably give this mall three stars. It's got a good selection of stores and plenty of parking too. It turns out Material World has been here long before the Nora District sprang up. Material World is owned by Rachelle Tenace. Although the showroom is small, there is a carefully curated selection of colorful dresses, jewelry, pillows, sandals, hats, scarves, and other unique items from world wide artisans. Rachelle also sells some of her own handmade jewelry. In the back is Rachelle's custom fabric businesses and she purchases her material also mainly from overseas. She sells the fabric to wholesalers who in turn sell to interior designers. Everything in this cute shop is so colorful, bright, and cheerful. Purchases made through Material World help to support struggling artists around the world. I love how you can purchase something for yourself or as a gift and help someone else at the same time.

Blessings and Bargains has several rooms filled with household goods, children's toys, men's, women's, and children's clothing, accessories, small appliances, glassware, collectibles, linens, books, puzzles, and art. They even had some vintage pieces. Some of the sales they had going on included fill a bag with clothes for $5 and 50 percent off coffee makers and previous holiday items. Some of the clothes were even brand new with the tags attached. Everything was well organized and inexpensively priced.
