All of the clothes are in very long racks sorted by one small tag of size, but in no real order (other than sleeve length, dress etc) so you need a bit of time to flip through things. These aisles are a bit tight so we found only one person at a time can scoot through. The rest of the store is overall very clean and has a tidy dressing room area. The inventory could be improved a bit but what they out was still lovely All-in-all, really nice experince. Great value for both fun and chic styles for women, men and (crazy-adorable) kids clothes and accessories. Honestly I was shocked by the number of items we got for such a great price! The cashier called the manager over, and Giovanni came by but was dismissive--he said it was a "defect" and not "damage," then simply walked away without giving any direction to the cashier or addressing my concern further. As a manager, that kind of response shows poor communication and lack of attention to customer concerns. It also set a poor example for the cashier, who was left unsure of how to proceed. Definitely not the level of service or leadership you'd expect from someone in a managerial position.
