They picked up my Gravely 52" zero turn with 8.5 hrs because it broke. No communication about…read morewhat's wrong, what the fix was or that's it had been completed. They also did the 10 hr service and replaced my blades. I didn't asked for the blades to be replaced nor did they ask me. After 8.5 hrs there's no way the blades needed replaced. Probably sharpened but not replaced. I asked for my old blades I was told they didn't have them. I reported all this to the manager Brad and he acted like he couldn't care less. "We have one blade but the scrap guy took the other two". Spoke to him about the lack of communication and he again acted like he didn't care. I originally paid for the blades because I figured I'd have a spare set even though they didn't need it otherwise I wouldn't have paid. Now I'll need to purchase a second set. Hopefully the Brooksville location is better even though its the same owners. Don't expect any communication from the Bushnell location. You've been warned.
