My family LOVES checking out Ross wherever we go. So fun hunting for great finds! Store wasn't in disarray so that's good. This particular visit did not disappoint. I found a pair of $120-$150 Nike Pegasus 41s for $19.99. Come on!!!! Restroom was "meh"... No line when checking out! Cashier was "meh"... no conversation. No smile. Employees at this store are so rude and disrespectful, apparently they were closed today (5/29) due to power outage but instead of nicely telling us that the power was out they were giving attitude and telling us to leave, one employee said "can't you see that the lights are fucking out" so uncalled for. I told employees there was no reason to be rude and she started cussing us out telling us to leave while other employees were laughing. Who hires these rude people? I contacted corporate, all the ladies working the opening shift 5/29 were so disrespectful. read more

There is a middle aged woman that works for the dressing rooms and she insisted that I hang all my clothes back up where I found them rather than letting me put them on the rack. I was in a rush because my blood sugar was dropping so I had to hang them wherever I could and headed out. She pretty much expected me to do her job. How rude. read more

The store is pretty unorganized and the buggy was sticky. Should have been my first warning to leave. What really got me pretty mad was a bathroom trip before I left. There was ZERO toilet paper in any stall. I know because I wiggled to each stall with a drip drop here and there to find some. Finally just had to drip dry as best I could then leave. So disappointed. Please clean and stock your restrooms. You wouldn't like this to happen to you when you shop. read more

Go early or go home. Store gets destroyed around 10 am-noon. Understaffed most of the time. I have tons of cute stuff, home goods, and unique products great selections watch out for damage to clothes always inspect it before you buy they will also discount it further if you asked them. read more

We were approached by an employee who walked past my mother like she didn't exist and tell me to stop opening the boxes. The issue wasn't that she asked that. The issue is that I wasn't opening boxes, my mom was and when I told her I wasn't opening them, she said, "Well, your mom is.. I mean does she EVEN speak English?" Uhhh... my mother immigrated from Vietnam over 30 years ago. She speaks awesome English. It's 2017. I can't believe we were treated that way. She also followed us around the store like we were going to steal something. I was holding my 5 month old daughter and am shocked that we would be spoken to that way. Again, I am not upset she asked us to stop opening the boxes. I totally get why they wouldn't want that. But the way that employee handled it was ludicrous! We will be going to the Ross in the Woodlands from now on. This is literally the WORST Ross I've ever been to. They also don't allow you to take the carts outside of the store even if the entire cart is full. You have to leave your bags in the store, drive your car up to the front, and load them. So stupid. I'm not going to steal your fucking cart. read more

Worst Ross I've been to and not even so much from a product standpoint. The customer service is so bad it's funny. We entered with two drinks that were closed up and were asked to throw them away because they did not allow outside beverages. Which makes sense because you wouldn't want to ruin the high end clothes inside. Don't get me wrong, if that's their policy then so be it. It's just the manner in which it was handled and the tone that was taken. Also, my girlfriend walked up to the dressing room section that had no line and the employee made her walk back to a rack and put her clothes there before they allowed her to go back. She did, the same lady grabbed the clothes immediately, and walked my girlfriend to a dressing room. I'm just curious why putting the clothes on the rack was even necessary when she just took them immediately anyway. Crazy ridiculous. I've been to many a Ross and this is by far the worst.
