Instead, I was told, "I wasn't there, so I can't help you," which left me feeling completely dismissed as a customer. Good customer service starts with listening and trying to find a solution, not avoiding accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping at this location. I visited this location on June 26 at 6:30pm. Sephora staff helped as much as they could. Management came and did not do anything other than saying too bad.

They also had a sale on shampoo and the sale was advertised as Redkin shampoo & conditioner 2 for $34 regular $50. They had the shampoo on the rack right in front of the register with a large sign in front of them, but the shampoo that by the sign was not the right size. The shampoo by the sign were the large bottles and were regularly $50/each. They had to page the manager over the salon to the front to find out what the sale was actually advertising. He said that the size of the bottles being advertised were in the back in the salon, but he did go and get them for me. I am not sure why they put that sign in front of the wrong sized bottles. I don't know if they were intentionally being deceptive or if it was an honest mistake. It was kind of annoying either way because it caused me to have to spend a long time in the checkout line, and there was alot of confusion. However I did find a good deal on 2 shirts for myself in the clearance section and my daughter found several shirts that she liked, and I did get the shampoo for a discounted price, so overall it was a good shopping trip, I just wish they had been a little more straightforward about what was actually being advertised with the shampoo/conditioner.

Today I picked up a curbside order and before I got home was getting gas and found the box taper tape broken. I called the manager and explained the situation saying I wanted an unopened box. I was told they could not be assured over the phone that my return would be accepted. I was shopping at Costco and found a better item for just a little more. So I returned the item to BBB. Then received this warning from RAR. I have been a loyal BBB customer for 30 years, but today I began having second thoughts.

Occasionally, I buy bathroom accessories like rugs, or maybe I look for some furniture pieces, and home decor items (but just watch for items that have the Prop 65 warning label), pet toys, artwork, seasonal items, lamps, giant rugs, and yummy snacks. This store is newerish, lots of parking, clean and organized. But I wish the store was bigger because the furniture section is a bit too cramped. Some of the home decor aisles are a bit overly crowded but I do see plenty of employees working to get it neatly displayed.
