A rather small Ross warehouse, with less stuffs, well enough stuffs for me to spend $80 on a bunch of toys which probably got cleaned out at any metro area Rosses, but unfortunately they didn't have any Christmas sweaters, I mean it's the holidays but they don't have that, it was a big miss, their shoes sections also pretty humbling small, just the whole against the wall, no actual aisle, everything else seems too little as well, not sure why it doesn't have a Yelp page, because I am sure there were a lot of people shopping while I was in store, the lack of stocks might have been because it was too far away from the city. Anyway I have to give them credit for being super well organized, most stores would have been trashed with stuffs lying around all over the floor. Good selection of items. Store was messy but able to step over product on floor. Line to check out was very long but went amazingly fast

Ross is located in the Plaza at Imperial Valley shopping center with Best Buy, Bed, Bath & Beyond and Olive Garden. Friends said that this Ross had more selection so I decided to try it. It was very busy. This store had a good selection. It has all the same departments as any other Ross which makes easy shopping. I found a couple of shirts (that I wasn't looking for) and some body lotions. So, despite being very busy with long lines and tight aisles I found things and got out in decent time. They had a good number of cashiers open and they moved people though quick. I recommend this Ross. read more

You get a good deal on clothing but you have to want to spend the time searching through racks of clothes only grouped by shirts, pants, and size etc. Usually a long and slow line. Not my favorite clothing store but usually has a better selection of shirts than Target or Walmart. I prefer Kohls. read more

great store to get good discounted high end items, unfortunately the store has little to no staff and is very disorganized. it's very hard to find the type of shirts or pants (and other things) you would want because if you find a shirt or something you like and it is not in your size, most likely you won't find another, if you do it'll take a while. even then, while clothing and stuff is cheap, i rather go to places like forever 21 just because when i buy shirts mainly, i look at the fabrics and the colours on it. it just seems like it's a very poorly made item with the colours smudging or somehow looking like it's fading off, and i have noticed this after i got the shirts and it makes me mad that i didn't notice before because if i did, i wouldn't buy them. it looks ugly wearing a shirt where the colour on the design is just fading or not there anymore, i would rather spend a few more bucks at a more better store for nicer clothing. read more

I shop at Ross every chance I get. You don't get much help from employees and some have "attitude problems" but I guess we are all entitled to a "bad day" now and then. The prices and quality of some of the merchandise compares to Nordstrom's but of course at Ross prices. I do, however, have one complaint; there is no marked sign or special line for disabled customers. I spoke to a manager about this and I was instructed to use the "merchandise return" line. I did that, and got shouted at by other people in line and got a nasty put down by the cashier who waited on me. I explained what the manager told me but she was oblivious to this store policy and continued to give me dirty looks. Store policy should be in place and employees should be informed of policy and need to be more sensitive to their customers needs. Not all disabled people look disabled. Disabilities are not always obvious. Ross needs to be more aware of this. read more

I have never seen a Ross like this elsewhere on the planet. It is the busiest one I have ever been to, thanks to Mexicali shoppers craving deeply discounted brand name products. And the other posters nailed it on the head, the line to check is so long it creeps all the way to the back of the store and then curves around, it's amazing. A good 30 to 45 minute wait, with maybe some 50 people ahead of you. And it is true, they have like 4 cashiers available, why not full staff the registers? It's insane. And as expected, the store is a mess, they can't keep up with people leaving things out of place, which is understandable...but all of this could be mitigated by staffing properly. Don't just go by what works at another location, this is a super busy store, so come with plenty of time. I just gave up and now go to Burlington, Kohl's or Fallas Paredes to avoid this place, it just isn't worth the hassle. read more
