He just kept looking at me like if I was lying to him, but I have worked at marshalls before and I know how the numbers work, but for two of the EXACT same items being marked down he still was just saying that it was the wrong tag. I felt really uncomfortable that he was implying that we switched tags.

Chris acknowledged our request and submitted a text that monies was refunded. Activity occurred on July 28, 2026. Six weeks later we are still awaiting the receipt of the refund. Despite my explicit, repeated requests for a full refund we received nothing but excuses and delays. It has been a horrible experience. We are extremely disappointed that we ever attempted to do business with this entity. My summation is that they never had access to the product, never intended to procure nor deliver and they are attempting to withhold my refund.
