Boy, has this area changed. I used to work down the road at the Target(in 2006) and many of the other places were not here. This Ross is very large and has many things to pick from. The lines moved a bit slow and the isles are somewhat tight but I do enjoy getting a chance to check this place here when in the area. read more

I really feel sorry for the people who work here. It is a big active store, used to be open all hours of the night, and I recently stopped by on the way home from my mom's house, east of it in Lancaster. While the staff have masks on and are set up to enforce PA policy, almost ALL of the IDIOT SHOPPERs here refused to have their masks over their noses and the poor young girl at the front checking to see that people had masks was in over her head. I would not expect her to have to 'police' the shoppers because she was young. A manager should have been doing so. I had to leave because every aisle I went down there were people taking off masks to talk, masks hanging off the whole time, and most of the people in the store just had their noses hanging out. Get it together Ross, you are putting your employees at risk, and losing shoppers like me because as high risk, I couldn't hang. read more

While heading to the outlets, I noticed a whole new shopping center had opened up and saw a sign for Ross so I stopped in. The store itself is about the same size as all of the other Ross' I've been in and your luck will vary based on what you're looking for. Shoe Section-Not bad, but has less rows than ones in the Philly suburbs. However, they do have full length mirrors on the end to check out shoes as you try them on. Dress section- Full, but not a whole lot of variety. Pretty much the same dresses in different colors. Juniors section- Not a whole lot of items. 1/2 of the section is jeans and the other 1/2 are sweaters or tee-shirt/vest sets. Since it's new, they don't have any clearance yet which will probably change when they've been open for a little while. Also, to get into the bathrooms, you have to be buzzed in by a fitting room attendant. It was really clean, but there were only 2 stalls (one handicapped and one regular) and only one automatic hand dryer which was really odd to me. I did end up buying something, but the line was very slow. There were only about 6 people, but they waited way too long to open up another line. I'll probably be back again when I'm in the area. read more

Stopped by from the tanger outlets.. Big store but pretty empty. Shoes were all over the floor by the seating area to try on, couldn't even go through with your cart if you wanted to. 2 particular employees weren't so very nice. So I'm in line. 2 registers were open... It starts to get a little busy; 3rd register opens. The employee says " I can help someone". No one moved, they just stared at each other so as I decide to move forward the gentleman at the other register tells me " not you, they were here first". So I reply " they weren't moving, and she didn't say next person in line or specify who" so the employee at the new register says "thanks" to the gentleman at the other register, shakes her head and then they both laugh. Ohhh wait that's not all. So I notice that everyone was handing their carts to the girl who open the 3rd register because she's free now. Everyone that handed her a cart she says "thanks" when I get there, she just stares at me. So I don't know if they were having a bad day or just plain rude. Whatever the case maybe, I felt uncomfortable there. If I could I would give a negative 5 for customer satisfaction. 1 star for overall place for this Ross. Not much of a selection. I know it's a hit or miss. My goodness it's just a mess. I think they need to hire more employees to keep products on the shelves and racks rather than on the floor. It was probably my 3rd time at that Ross and my last experience has made me not want to ever come back. There is absoluting no excuse for rudeness. read more

A better place to shop for women's and girls cloths then men's. Not much of a men's selection at all.

This Ross is okay, a little unorganized but they have some really good deals. A big jewelry and watch display greets you as soon as you enter. read more

I get to this location a few times a year to shop in the beauty, home and women's clothing dept. There men's big and tall selection is disappointly limited. In July 2017 I was there on a Sat. evening and the floors were dirty and filled with debris in every department. The dresses we all disorganized and sizes did match the size indicators on the rack. The tops in the Women's World department were very disorganized. When the racks are disorganized it makes it very difficult to shop. Other customers were being very disruptive and the employees did nothing about it nor did they clean the store. I did not visit the dressing room or restroom. It would be helpful if they size charts on the women's underpants. It would be fantastic if they had a code of conduct for customers posted in large print on the inside front window and throughout the store. I will not visit this location again nor recommend it to anyone. read more
