I don't get why everyone leaves bad reviews. From 7 years of personal experience working in retail, a store looking trashed and kids running around is not the employees fault. It's the customers having 0 respect for the employees. A store being short handed, do you know how many employees on average retail blows through? Lol. MORE CASHIERS. MORE CASHIERS, like ffs, MORE CASHIERS. Every time I come here there's one return line cashier and one normal cashier, the line always ends up being 10+ people and can no exaggeration take up to an hour. Just to checkout. This Second time being here with this same issue and it'll be my last, I'll never shop at this specific store again. read more

Shopping in this store today was outrageous! Everything was picked over. And it was very crowded, with clothes laying around on top of the racks and on the floor. I tried on a few things in the dressing room, coming out I had my purse & coat in one hand, the eight items I tried on in the other. I was Trying to hang them on the rack they want you to hang them on when you come out, one item fell to the floor, the dressing room attendant didn't offer to help with picking it up, being that both hands were full I would think she would help, but noooo! On top of that my shopping basket got taken while I was in the dressing room. I have shopped in this store a few times and today was the worst. Customer service not very helpful. read more

Its okay to shop at. Not very many good brands to choose from. Nothing is ever in its place. The employees aren't very helpful. And it's not that clean. I definately recomment going to TJMaxx instead. read more

I used to shop in this store a lot when they first opened but his gone down hill!!! It's so messy and kids running wild everywhere. There selection of brand name clothing has diminished. I suppose the larger retails stores in bigger cities get the better selection. I totally give up on this store. The last time I went in the line was so long I laid my items down and walked out. I always dread shopping at Ross but they do have items that you would pay double elsewhere. As was said before, clothes and other items are scattered everywhere. I ran my buggy over so many things. The dress aisle was the worst. The rods were so stuffed that you couldn't look at the full dress. Sizes were in the wrong spots. The decorative area looked like a garage sale. What the heck is with the poles on the buggy's? It's not my "go to" store but if your willing to move inside a sardine can, you can find some good deals. read more

This store has a lot of cute clothes for very cheap, however I will not shop here again. The manager David should not be in the position he is in. Thank you for the 8 cute dresses that I did purchase but I will shop elsewhere until leadership roles change. read more

They have a great selection of rugs every time I go! Haven't looked at clothes or anything besides homewares though so I cannot speak for that. read more

The only thing I don't like about Ross is, well, lets just say that customer service doesn't seem to be of much importance to them. You can't find any employees anywhere other than at the register or in the fitting rooms, and when you go ask them for help, they say that it's not in their department so they can't help me. Other than that, the products are low priced for good quality. I always go here for dresses. read more
