They also own Marshalls and HomeGoods which are also good stores to check out. I've noticed that each store is somewhat similar to the others..offering the same/similar products at the same/similar prices but each store has a slightly different "thing" that they're pushing... i.e. HomeGoods pushes furniture/decor/glassware, TJ Maxx pushes their clothing, and Marshalls seems to be a combination of the two.

Well the 50% trees sale ends tomorrow and all the other targets sold their floor models so can I just have this one? No. They have to wait for some green light to sell floor models. Fine. "Don't worry we'll honor the sale if it's only 1 day later." Great! The next day: "so it's 30% off floor models, we got the green light to sell them this morning" Me: "I was here last night, and told you'd honor the sale that ended ... hours ago" The store manager: they had no right to tell you that. We're not doing that. It's 30% off floor models. So I have to pay 40$ MORE for a tree with no box because you wanted to wait a day to sell me this tree? And your employee lied to me? When every other target started selling their trees earlier this week and you KNEW you weren't getting more of them since they're sold out online( confirmed by the manager). She said yes. Cool. Completely ridiculous. Really put the capitalism in Christmas. They can honor 14 day sales after and refund the difference but not 1 day before. Worst target ever. The target closer to me honored their sales unfortunately they were sold out of the tree we wanted.

I got to check out with an associate quickly and my return went smoothly. I had my receipt and I had my tag still on my item and I got my refund rather quickly. The employees were very nice very courteous and the store looked pretty clean. The store really picks up and gets busy in the afternoon after 5 PM so if you want to get your shopping done early, come in the morning!

I wish the employees took a little more pride in the place, but I get that it's just a job and regardless of their indie vibe, it is still a corporate store at the end of the day. I've found some decent finds here, but as with most VS locations, they know what they have and they price accordingly.

I am grateful for any and all BB&B's. They always have something I either need, want or have been looking for! I do appreciate that all locations do have a similar layout. This one is very similar to the OKC one, just a bit smaller. Go during the day if you can, it's less busy and not so crowded, because when it's busy it can be a bit tough maneuvering around the isles. The staff is SUPER DUPER helpful! I mean.... DUPER! I was browsing around asking all sorts of questions, looking for very specific items that I saw online and the staff was extremely helpful, calling the OKC location for me, digging around looking for the items I was asking for! & I mean... digging, I asked for specific pillows I had seen online and were "available" at the Edmond store. Several staff members were looking in the back and all through the display bedding to see if they had the pillows I wanted. Unfortunately it was an inventory error and they did not have the pillows I wanted but they called the OKC store for me to make sure they had some before I went all the way down there! woooooot! Melsalaz was the girl helping me and she even went as far to ordering the clearance hair dryer I saw in the display, but none in stock, and had it shipped to my house with complimentary shipping! THANK YOUUUUU Melsalaz! My previous hair dryer had just died, and I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on an expensive one but also didn't want to go cheap, so she was a life saver for going that extra mile! For this kind of customer service, I will always love BB&B and will always give them my business.

I wasn't greeted when entering the store. Not one smile from anyone who worked there. Not one person (there were three working and only one had a customer as there were only two customers in the entire store and I was one of them) offered to help me or ask if I needed anything. One of the women actually was standing around in my way when I tried to look at a pair of shoes and finally moved out of the way and proceeded to start coughing violently near me. Really grossed me out. She actually then left the storefront to the back of the store to finish hacking away. The woman at the counter rang me up and never once asked if I found everything I needed, was a member, wanted to sign up for a store card...NOTHING. Hands down the most unpleasant experience I've ever had shopping in Oklahoma. I'm ashamed to have even spent a dime in this store due to their lack of professionalism and courtesy. All of these people need to be replaced for better sales staff. I think the woman who was dealing with the one other customer in the store was the manager. She was much older and clearly in her own world while the other two proceeded to make a less than desirable experience for someone like myself. Thankfully I found what I needed but I'm afraid the heels I purchased may have been a tad larger than needed and now I'm dreading going back to this location so I will probably make a point to return them elsewhere.
