A kind CSR was very patient with me and called Norman to track down some pants that were in-store only. He explained the style number and tag description which is all that he could do. Jcp Norman was surprisingly quick to find and pull the pants. I thought man that is too good to be true since they were on clearance. Turns out, I was right. I get to jcp in Norman and went to three different customer service desks before anyone would help me get my stuff. The last one I ended up at was in women's and it went downhill even further from there. Firstly, my stuff was on hold behind portrait studio which was fine except it took 5-7 min every time the CSR had to walk back and forth to inquire about my hold. They couldn't have just called back there? It was under the wrong name the first time so it took a few tries and about 10 min for her to finally retrieve my items. Once my items were brought and she started ringing them up I noticed the price was 3 times as much as the ones I asked to be put on hold. Then I had to get my husband to send a pic of the tag because they weren't doing much to figure out if they were wrong. So turns out, JCP Norman pulled the wrong pants. Not a huge deal but when I asked if they could look up inventory of the right ones, the CSR only looked up the one I already had which I mentioned a few times that I already had those. When I asked if they could look up different colors, she told me I could go search through the clearance section!!!! That is literally what I called to have them do that they initially failed at and wouldn't make it right! Once I said no thank you I'm not doing that again, I went to check out with a coupon that JCP Moore manager said Norman would honor since I couldn't find my items in Moore store. Well, this required and manager. Sure no big deal. But I stood at the desk for another 10min about and I had enough at that point. So a lot went wrong but the most frustrating part was that no one was willing to fix it in a timely manner. I spent about 45min at the service desk ALONE. This location needs to get their stuff together. It was a horrible experience. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Upon walking in the door I was greeted with several friendly faces and asked if I need help throughout my visit. All of the clothes and shoes were lined up nicely and organized by size and color which I always love when places do this. I've always been a big fan of Louis Vuitton and I noticed that they sell pre-owned Louis Vuitton for a fraction of the cost so that is why I stopped in plus not to mention it is conveniently located in the shops where TJ Maxx target are. Everything was priced very reasonable I thought an overall this is a great preowned store but I would probably classify it for mainly 20-year-olds.

It It turns out this is a vendor mall/series of booths set up by individual vendors with a wide array of items for sale. First impressions--- I was simply amazed and how CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN this business is. And cool. On a hot day this was an oasis and certainly kept me in the building to browse the different booths longer. I wandered around admiring everything for awhile and ended up with a darling shirt, 2 necklaces and a dress from one booth, a vintage quilt from another ($45!!!!), peanut brittle from another and a frame from yet another booth. The staff was helpful but not pesky and I never felt rushed or "watched". I have not been back to Norman but this place will definitely be on my list to hit the next time I'm in town.

I just canceled and won't renew here unless I read that things have changed significantly for the better. About 80 percent of our deliveries had large amounts of food missing, unless I paid the extra $5 or $10 for the express delivery. The basic "free" with Walmart plus was a joke. We were missing anywhere from $25 - $100 of groceries. Then the amount was always too high to get the refund in the app. I became quite friendly with Fatima and her colleagues at their escalated cs number. The drivers say it's not them. The store says it's not them. Yet here I am, left without meat, frozen food, dog food, etc time and time again. Sometimes I would even get someone else's stuff. Each time I would call the store and try to make it right. They did not care. SMH. Seriously. C'mon Walmart! You are better than this. Be better. Do better. I haven't stopped believing in you! But get it together!!
