I like popping into Ross just to browse when I am near one. They always great you when you walk in. I always go straight to the shoes. The only thing that bugs me in the one closest to my house is this constant squeaky noise that must be for an alarm. It can be a hit or miss, but today I snagged a cute pair of shoes! So this is one of the best Rosses in the Orlando area. And let me tell you why - not only is the store packed to the brim constantly with new products designer brands etc.; it is so organized. This Ross is located right across from the Fitness CF off of Türkiye Lake Road. It is about 25 minutes from my current location where I live; however when I am in the area I have to stop. Not only did I find one of my favorite swimsuit brands but I found two different wetsuits. I found one that is a full body with a hole in the back and it's short sleeves; and I found another long sleeve full body wetsuit for $20 apiece. The Hurley swimsuits in general go for $40-$68 if you get them at a namebrand store like PacSun or billabong. I also grabbed a four pack of the elderflower rose sparkling water so I can take it to work. 10 out of 10 this is by far my favorite Ross. read more

Really bad company. Dont get me wrong they do provide with some great discounts but lets look at the bigger picture. Employees are angry and frustrated to almost every ross I have ever been to. Los prevention does practically nothing. To get a bag you have timo get in line wait for your number to come abd than you can ask the cashier to show you the bag or a watch and then if you don't like it then all this time was wasted. This could have been done in 5 minutes and to be honest it the company that sets policies. Had never been here before and was exited to go and try on clothes, i went to the dressing room with 10 items when there is an 8 item limit, i was told by the VERY rude worker that i could only bring 8, i took 2 items out and asked her where to put them and she said "i don't know" in the most snarky, rude way possible. she was extremely rude towards me and with her age (older) i was not expecting that. This store was right behind the hotel I stayed in, so I popped into it after checking out, I went right to my sizes and found a nice selection of women's plus sized tee shirts. Very friendly staff here! This is a rather large Ross, located near Turkey road! Upon entering you are greeted by a friendly loss prevention person and everything here is very easy to find because they have the different departments on giant signs that are hanging from the roof! The changing rooms are in the back so you can try on any item you may want to buy. Staff walks around and helps with any questions as well as cleaning if anything is out of place. The prices are amazing, discounting name brands (a coach purse for $100 when it's normally double is great Mc) and their designs are great as well! If you're on the run and you forgot an article or clothing, shoes or even electronic items, I recommend that you come and take a stop at this Ross! read more

Wow, this is the most ORGANIZED Ross stores I have ever step foot in! Like, for real. The aisle with all the beauty products were all neat that I didn't have to move any out of the way to see what else was there, LOL. I was able to find some things that I needed while I was visiting Orlando. And just like all Ross stores they seem to have the best deals. The aisles were a little tight even though everything was organized, I guess so that they can carry as much as they can. Staff were pretty friendly as well. If only the Ross stores in Jacksonville were as organized as this one. read more

If u have time to look through everything then this is a great place to go. Every time I go in there no matter what time of day it is everything is everywhere. They have some great cheap bargains on some items and that is what you are getting. There is usually a security guard in front greeting you as you enter and leave. I love finding cheap sunglasses there as I don't want to spend a fortune on the fad ones. They do have name brand items and they are usually a hit or a miss. If you are looking for a quick gift I suggest here as they sell gift bags as well and cheap.the good thing is they are open until 10pm Monday through Saturday and 9pm on Sunday read more

Worst customer service ever. After doing the lane to exchange some items, I found out I was in the wrong lane, so I purchased the items I was to exchange and have to do a new line to return the wrong one. When it was finally my turn do my returns, suddenly the only cashier (who was also the manager in turn) decided to take purchases, so I have to wait, when my wife complained the manager answered "we haven't wait enough and was people in the other line that have been waiting longer than us, even though I did the purchase line and after that the return line" this store is totally a joke. Very impressed by the inventory at this location. The aisles were filled with merchandise and pretty clean. There was a leak in the middle of the store from the roof though. An aisle was roped off. The staff were all friendly and courteous this is probably in the top 3 Ross's I've been to. read more

Usually I go to this store because it's conveniently located across the parking lot from my gym and I can get what I need quickly. The service us typically friendly and most employees are familiar with my children and myself, however, from time to time we have to check out with Randy who should not at ALL be in the customer service field, he's dismissive, inconsiderate and abrasive while all of the other employees are generally happy. I try not to judge based off of one experience so I've not commented before but last night really irritated me. I lost my headphones and was about to head to the gym so I stopped in with my one and four year old. None of the headphones we're marked so I waited in line and got Randy as my cashier, upon getting to the register I ask Randy if we can check the headphones to see if they're compatible with my phone. He tells me no, I have to buy them if I want to check then rings them up and dismisses me quickly and calls the next customer before I can even put my card away. I move over, open the box the best I can without damaging it, check them and proceed back to the headphone section to look for a blue tooth pair since he clearly didn't want to help. I went back to stand in line again, wait my turn and while we are waiting a woman drops a glass bottle of olive oil (closest to his register), he completely ignores it, when it gets to me I go back up, he doesn't greet me and finds another task to slowly and sloppily complete then assists me. I can tell he's annoyed in returning the headphones and buying the new. The woman behind me asks him several times if he can call someone about the glass bottle incident and he dismisses her request until after I had already checked out. Once again, ignoring another customer and serving her with a poor attitude. I am sure in not the first person with a complaint about Randy. As I stated before, the store isn't the worst store and I go there often BUT this is issue certainly would be addressed. The other employees are friendly, helpful and approachable. The store isn't the most organized and doesn't always have the best selection but it is convenient for me and the other employees are great. I am giving it three stars because of the lack of organization and variety and poor attitude that has not been addressed with Randy. BUT it is getting those three stars due to all of the other friendly, helpful employees. read more

We came in to exchange a shirt that was given to us for Xmas and after about 10 minutes of standing in the exchange line with one customer and four employees around we were told that we couldn't return because unless we had the bar code part of the tag or the receipt. Extremely rude staff and what an absolute mess. I was there at 9:00 this morning. I couldn't take my cart down 3/4 of the isles. Employees were throwing more stuff in the isles, asking me to move my cart. I was waiting at the checkout and one of the cashiers was yelling at a customer asking what she wanted to do with the items. Clearly, there was a language barrier, but no other employee or manager offered to help. If that were my cashier, I would have fired her on the spot. I will NEVER go back there. read more

Nice, clean new store with a decent selection of items. The reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is the lack of service. Unfriendly service at the fitting rooms, & a long wait at checkout - 2 registers open & even with a long line of customers waiting to check out, 1 closed leaving 1 register w/about 8 people in line. Several employees came in & out of the register area, all ignored the line. Finally a male employee that seemed like a manager came over & opened a new register, probably at least 10 people waiting by that time. He was very professional & friendly, & worked quickly & efficiently to move the line along. Ross Dress for Less is a neat stores. From my experience they are consistent, have a large variety of goods, and the prices are amazing. With all this said, I was a little disappointed to be greeted with loss prevention staff at the beginning of the store. As you go to the dressing room, the staff pats down your clothes and there are signs regarding shoplifting. After trying on a few items, I politely asked a staffer if they had a huge theft problem to which she leaned over and nodded yes, and had a look as if I might be joking with my question. Not used to seeing stores that have to be on such guard. Slightly disappointing, however the staff did a great job while we were there. Great store. read more

I finally had a chance to visit this store. This was my second attempt. We had picked up a flyer at another Ross store announcing their grand opening date. Well, since Ross is one of my favorite stores, we drove waaaay over there, about 40 minutes, on the grand opening date on the flyer, to discover locked doors with no sign or apology. I was hot. How unprofessional! Now, months later, I returned to find a very nice store with minimal chaos, often found at other Ross stores. It was clean and organized too. My husband often jokes and calls them 'Ross Stress for Mess' because of all the chaos and mess, but not this location. It was quiet, organized and peaceful. read more

This location is full of rude staff. The dressing room was closed so I had to buy over $500 of clothes to try them on. When I came back to return the clothes that didn't fit, the woman at the register judged me for returning so much and said, "wow you did this all in a day" and turned to her coworker and said, "look at the size of this return that I have to put away" with me hearing it loud and clear. They didn't let me return a hanger of 5 pairs of underwear on one hanger because one plastic hook wasn't connected. I understand that this is policy. But they were very rude going, "nope, nuhuh it says on the back of the receipt we can't accept any opened lingerie". I said to her it wasn't opened and it's still intact, she goes nope, not taking that. I still spent way over $350 and they were very very rude to me. They were rolling their eyes and laughing at me.
