Possibly the most well stocked Ross I have ever been in! (I have been deprived lately since the company is not present in my current home state of Michigan.) I'm sure I fell right into their target consumer mode this morning, stopping by right when they opened (at 8:30am, perfect to keep the day going on a good start) to stock up on a few additional travel supplies and apparel items. If I wasn't on a tight schedule, I probably would have stayed to browse longer and see what additional deals I could find. read more

I'm a huge fan of Ross, however, this particular location is not a good representation of their usual quality and service. They are in a very heavy tourist area, so the crowds here seem constant. Imagine Christmas crowds all year long. Although they generally have a nice selection of items, the store is usually a mess. I'm sure it's because the employees can't keep up with the constant customer flow. If I'm in the area and want to stop by, I make sure I have plenty of time to work my way around the store and to wait in their long and slow checkout lines. The employees here are usually fine, but seem unmotivated to provide quick or friendly service. Overall, I won't pick this store over other Ross locations, but I also won't avoid it unless I'm short on time or patience. read more

I dont have an issue with Ross per se, I actually find quite entertaining to peruse these discounts department store. But god shopping at this particular store is such a hassle. Not only its so crammed with stuff, the tourists that shop here are absolutely the worst. I went to this location hoping to find some new clothes. The place was a mess. It looked like a tornado had hit inside the store. There were four or five clothes tag alarms going off and no employees were even slightly concerned about turning them off. Clothes were on the floor hanging off racks you name it. I couldn't wait to leave. What a disappointment! I usually enjoying shopping at their stores, but not this time. read more

This place is a constant mess. Clothes, shoes, abandoned carts, purses... EVERYWHERE. The line is literally an hour long. The floor is dirty, the store is dusty, and merchandise is piled. These people obviously do not respect their customers. Zero stars. read more

This Ross right here I will always find something. I call this the Tourist Store Ross. The stay packed with Tourists and merchandise. The lines have a tendency to move either very fast or very slow but they keep it moving. People buy a lot at this store. If you don't like crowds don't come in , it can become like a zoo especially during the summer time and on the weekends. Don't let it scare you it's Orlando put on your big boy/girl ears ( Mickey) and go in! I found really good deals here in shoes, clothing items, electronic accessories and bags / luggage. Imagine this... you head out to another city on a last minute whim for a Beer Festival. What do you pack for an overnight stay? Shorts and T-Shirts right? Then what do you do when your plans change because you have instead spent a magical day in EPCOT and now want to head downtown for a nice dinner. Flip flops and baggy shorts don't hack it honey.... Ross to the rescue!! I run over quickly to pick up a dress and I found the cutest one for... drum roll please....$8.99! Add a pair of flip flops, a stone for pizza, a really neat water bottle and an undergarment and it came to a grand total of $41.78! The store, clean, empty and with great service. It was a life saver and we had a great dinner at a nice place without feeling like an out of town tourist. Score. read more

But it happens that in my last few visits to various stores in different cities (San Diego, Las Vegas, Orlando, and recently Nashville) the variety, quality, and even quantity of men's clothing and accessories has decreased considerably. Before, I spent hours in the store buying very good clothes with great offers, but on the last few occasions, I have left the store early without buying anything. The worse experience ever, do not shop there. They treat there customer like crap. The speak to you horrible and according to the manager they believe in numbers according to the manager not customers at all. This is corporate policy of what the manager said to treat me wrong is unacceptable and push me away like I am no one. Corporate will know about this, so seeing its 5 largest Ross Store it is Disorganized, clothes, and carts all over the place. This is my go-to place to find cute dresses for a decent price. There are at least 10 really, really long rows full of an assortment of dresses. When I come here, I always plan to spend some extra time to sort through all of them. The line to check out is always long, but I think it's worth the wait. read more

I went to this location of Ross today for the first time. I went to try on some clothes in the fitting room and there was a male in the hallway standing around. It was evident that his wife was trying on clothes and coming out to show him. There was no line for the mens fitting room. I understand Ross has a policy for allowing men into the women's fitting room when they are at capacity. This on the other hand is invasion of privacy and unacceptable! When I called to talk to the manger on duty, Keisha, she suggested that the husband (not sure of the relationship) could watch his wife try on clothes. She also said, "was he bothering anyone". I am pretty sure that is not the case as it violates women who are coming out of the dressing room perhaps not fully clothed. The time was 1530 5/11/17. I will be addressing this with corporate. read more

Worst store ever!!!!! They have two people at the registers with 300 ppl in line. Very similar to every other Ross store. I got Angry and gave up after 30 minutes of the line creeping. They do have great clothes for leas if you arw willing to put up with the wait. Pay a bum to wait in line while you shop. read more

This is Ross location is extremely large and well stocked with everything. With that being said, it is also your typical Ross store, where you go in on day and everything is neat and in place and you find exactly what you are looking for, then the following week you go in and it seems as if a tornado has hit leaving clothing everywhere! You never know what you're going to get when go inside. The store is very big and is open later than most locations due to it being in a tourist area. With that being said, there are loads and loads of tourists who shop here and the lines are normally very long to check out. For those who live in the area and want to shop here, I would suggest going in the evening as it is not as crowded as it is during the day and you may be able to get in and out quicker than normal. Also, for the ladies who wear a size 10-11 in shoes, the selection of course isn't huge (it never is) but it's better than a lot of other Ross locations and discount stores in general. I wear an 11 and I am usually able to find something nice, normally name brand in my size. I love Jessica Simpsons and I can usually find that brand at this location read more

Lots of tourists at this one, but a large selection of clothing and luggage. Not so much on housewares. The Ross near our house is always picked over with lots of empty shelves. This one had a ton! So much better than ours. I picked up some Converse sneakers for $20 less than retail. I checked our store to see if they had some....one pair in the whole store! Ugh... This one had them in men's, women's and children. I wish I was closer and would come here more often. read more

I went on vacation in Orlando. This Ross was near the outlets. And like the previous post this is the best stocked Ross I have ever seen.The Ross in my state are okay. But this Ross was amazing. They had my sizes and they just had so much stuff.Looking forward to going back there. read more

Used to be one of my go to Ross stores, now they're just.. "OK". Once upon a time they used to have such a great selection, wide variety of merchandise etc. Now this store is SO junky and messy, the employees are burnt out and grouchy. The nicest person in the store is probably the loss prevention person that greets you at the door. The employees will just complain and complain to you while you're checking out about everything horrible about their job. Talk bad about the foreign/tourist shoppers, their managers, you name it! And if you want to see something out the jewelry case... GOOD LUCK! If there is someone behind the counter she will first ignore the hell outta you. Then when you ask to see something she acts as if you are disturbing her. WOW!! It's messy as hell and you really have to have some time to go through the place. The best times to go is EARLY in the morning like when the doors open and before the tourist get up and rolling or VERY late at night. And I mean LATE, the store would normally be pretty dead and you can somewhat shop in peace. They really need to rent out the Dollar Tree space and expand, that way they would be able to space the store out a little more and make some more damn room in there. The isles are so tight and they try to squeeze EVERYTHING on the floor! And it doesn't matter if your skinny or have hips, trust me, you will knock down something while trying to maneuver through those isles. read more

I'm fine waiting in line behind like 20 other people with only 2 cashiers, but when I got up to the girl with the red hair, she didn't greet me, she murmered under her breath my price, and before I could say thank you, even though I was highly annoyed and upset with her customer service, she just said, "Next!" This location of Ross, sandwiched in Orlando's outlet store district, is like being in Calcutta. It is large, dirty, and filled with tourists who don't speak English. I went to the dressing room in back to try on a shirt, and turned around and left: there was a huge group of Indian women back there, many of them completely topless with huge saggy boobs everywhere, helping each other get dressed while yapping away in frantic Indian jabber. A good place to see different cultures and their gross habits. read more
