This Ross ain't even worth shopping at. The managers slack at their job and employees pay the price. I have a screenshot of the day those same managers said I didn't show up for a shift without calling. Why? Well the stock lead didn't relay the message and to cover her ass the bosses want to leave it on my record that I just didn't show up. I even explained and brought this to the GM attention and he said it's okay I'll talk to Iris, but yet their still leaving it on record making me look bad. It's not fair especially when I am a good employee. I'm going to leave the screenshot below. Even worst if the lines are ever long don't expect that much help because the GM told me himself that him or his managers don't belong on a register so if your ever wondering why you can't get help you know why. He also love to change your schedule without any heads up but if your late or don't show they will put it on you. This is the Ross I started at and regret coming to this store. It's not ran the way it should be. Good managers help their team when they're in need of help, any managers who doesn't think like that shouldn't be a manager. Someone who sits in the office and doesn't help the closing team when their already getting out at 2 in the morning. It's ridiculous. They want to slave drive you and want you to bend when they need but won't help you run a hummer or anything. I'm so over and done with this place. They're not worth the stress. read more

Most chaotic Ross I've ever shopped. Everything was in disarray from misplaced clothes/shoes all over the place (don't understand the purpose of size aisles here) to checkout. Girl working on the floor was on her phone, speaker phone. Lady asked me to go thru self checkout. First item needed assistance as there was no tag. Then as I'm walking off I'm told I need to come back for security tags, which I wasn't even thinking about, so I had to get in line again, in the middle of the self checkout area with a basket. Terrible system. She unfolds all my blouses.. then of course I beep leaving store so security calls after me, I guess lady missed one.. just a mess. Don't make customer get in line twice, self checkout doesn't work here, especially if products require security tags! What are y'all thinking? Ross should copy Marshals checkout system, equipped with PEOPLE and a robot that calls out to you when it's open! Avoid this location read more

Horrible staff! Cashiers and employees have always been nice although today I had the worst experience with who I believe was a manager. I had to run into the restroom with my baby in arms because he had gone #2 in his diaper and it was spilling out. Once I got buzzed into the restroom and walk in I notice the stall with the diaper changing station was locked and had an out of order hand-written sign on the door. I was confused on why the entire stall was closed and where I could change my baby. With a crying and screaming baby I HAD to crawl under the door to unlock it because it would be faster to calm my baby rather than running to my car! Yes the floor was disgusting dirty and I did not want to crawl on it but I had to clean my son ASAP! When I was walking out of the stall on my way to wash my hands there were two lady employees in the restroom (a young employee and the second I will name the manager in this post). The manager asked the young employee who had opened the door to the stall she closed because the toilet was overflowing and did not work. I started to speak up to say it was me and apologize but the nice employee started to explain to her no one used the toilet I just had to change my baby. The manager walked out and when she came back she put up a sign on the door that said to go into the fitting rooms for diaper changes then continued to close the stall. REALLY! I wouldn't have crawled on the dirty floor if I had knew that was an option! The worst part of it all was when I was standing outside of the fitting rooms putting my children back in the cart I over heard the manager speaking in Spanish with an other employee saying how some woman crawled on a dirty urinated floor to open the stall with her baby and what a horrible mother I was. The entirety of this experience I was trying to speak up and say excuse me I am right here but no one acknowledged I was speaking up! Shopping on this strip and had to stop in Ross. I like to look at their sneaker selection as their Big and Tall sections are minimal or non existent. I did find a pair of sneakers at a phenomenal clearance price and a suitable 4xl shirt by the grace of G-d. But what really disturbed me was a used pair of sneakers for sale. I started to think twice about the stuff sold at Ross. I had to take a few good extra looks at my sneakers. I was safe. I think. But thought that that was never what I expected from a big chain like this. It'll be awhile before I can shed this thinking. read more

Gross, Gross Don't brother going to this store I have been to this location 2 times and never again. It filthy so many products ether open or broke, shoes all over the place and today all machine were off so it was cash only. Simply ridiculous! read more

bad bad bad customer service! ! ! they ignore and never acknowledge the customer!!! there are 5 cashier employees up front and not one looked at me or even asked me if i needed help. they darn ignore you!! luckily a new employee walked in and she helped me right away. wish i had gotten her name she was amazing.. the other employees need to follow her example. message manager : remind your employees that customers make there pay check. as an ex manager i know what it takes to run and train employees. my advice retrain your employees or let them go. i rather go to the north side to get better service. read more
