I've gone through both the buying and selling process now with Kevin Hoyt and the team at Gallo, and cannot say enough about how seamless they made the process. There were some title issues that came up when I was purchasing my property back in 2018 that were taken care of without my having to worry about it, and when it came time to sell - the team here had my property ready to close two weeks ahead of schedule. Kevin's assistant, Dianne, is who I worked with primarily on the sale process. She was able to answer all of my questions and find all the necessary documentation without my having to do much of anything. I can't say how meaningful it was, in the midst of a very fast relocation, to know that this was part of the moving process I didn't need to worry about. I fully recommend Gallo if you're moving to, from, or within Rochester and looking for an attorney.
