My original HVAC unit was probably over 20 years old, but the furnace was replaced about 10 years ago. His recommendation (unlike all the others, including the company that sold me the heater in 1014), was to hold off as long as possible on the heater and AC replacement - since they are both working and get the ductwork correct, thereby taking undue load off the existing systems, which should extend their life. The other guys, either knew, or should have known that the ductwork wasn't right, and that selling me new heaters and coolers was not the best way for me to go). Who knows how long my old AC will llast, but I can tell you that my house cools and heats much better after the ductwork correct. You guys have a loyal customer now, and I know who I am going to trust when I do need a new system. Thank you!

However, I must have gotten in contact with them on one of their mediocre days. Initially I tried a full week to contact Mr. Peter in which I got some robotic sound due to him having a Bluetooth on, and once I finally got his live voice a week later they scheduled to come out at 11 call back and said it would be 130 and showed up around 2:30 but no problem things happen. Now that they showed up APD started working immediately however we never discussed any prices so by the time that they sucked out the pump he said it would be $350 and suggested him blowing out the fuel lines for another $325 making it total about $675 for a pumping and cleaning of the liine. But a previous company I spoke with offered at 350 to have both the pump and line cleaned, I felt that he had already started to work and knew that he would get 350 without adding the lines in which no other Septic company I called was priced at 675 to do both of those service. Mr. Peter and I also noticed that the baffle was off but he was going to leave it in the tank until I fished it out myself with one of his crew members. So all in all APD wasn't what the reviews said they were he may have been knowledgeable but maybe this was just a bad day I was not impressed and probably will not use the service again.

Here is what happened: We came home late in the evening Thursday to a slow leak in our pressure regulator on our main waterline. So at 9:30a the next morning I called to see if Clark's Plumbing could help replace the part. Their receptionist answered quickly and checked to confirm their availability. Told me she had a technician available and they could do an appointment between 10a - noon or 12-4p. I took the 10a-12p. When I asked the price she checked and confirmed they had a $0 dispatch special going on but pricing would be covered by the technician. At 12:15p I called again to verify the appointment and get an update because neither the dispatcher or technician had reached out. This person seemed a little less aware of what was going on but stated that we were on the list and would be contacted. At 3:30p I called again. The phone rang for quite a while and when the person answered they didn't have any of my information to the point they confirmed this was for a plumbing service. Made me think this was just a contract call center that then forwards information to the company. She confirmed they would be in contact. I had to leave for work so I updated the contact number. I checked in with my wife that evening at 5:30 and 9p, not a phone call, text, or email. It's now Saturday and again nothing from Clark's Plumbing. I can't speak to the quality of their work because they never showed up and never contacted me about the appointment. Beyond disappointed.
