Furniture has damage (see attached). Squashed and ripped boxes (see attached). Footprints/marks on medicine containers (see attached). Dirt/marks on larger decorative bins (see attached). I reached out to Brandon several times to resolve this to no avail. Then there were disparaging messages from him (see attached). He says I'm a messy old lady (see attached). Who isn't messy when they are moving? For someone who was paid VERY WELL, great tip, plus expensive donations, I feel extremely disrespected, offended, and ripped off, and made to feel less than. In fact, some one from the company came to my house without our permission to attempt to "fix" the damage.
